We used Derek Carter’s company, Panhandle Ultimate Garage Systems (PUGS), to epoxy coat two brand new showers and a new floor in 2019. The color blending on the second shower was very poor and had to be redone twice. After less than a year, the floor started cracking and peeling (see photos). In the same period of time, both showers have started cracking and peeling as well (see photos). As disappointing as it has been to have spent so much money on something that was supposed to last for years but hasn’t, Derek’s refusal to answer our calls and texts has been even more disappointing. Our contractor has called and left numerous messages for over a year and Derek hasn’t called him back yet. I’ve called Derek several times as well. He never answers or returns my calls. I’ve left voice messages and texted him. He will not answer a single one. A man’s integrity tells me all I need to know about his business. His business is only as good as the product and service he provides. Neither are good. I cannot and will not recommend Derek Carter and Panhandle Ultimate Garage Systems (PUGS).

We have a small screened-in porch that has been extended and patched at various times with different mixes of concrete. PUGS smoothed out the floor then applied the covering and grouted around the baseboards. Our “Happy Place” is now a lot happier!We highly recommend PUGS for any large or small jobs. Derek Carter and his crew are very dependable and reliable.

No response after estimate signed, after two attempts to get work done Derek never contacted me or would answer my inquiries. Note,5 star ratings are 2 yrs old, obviously things have changed.

If you want someone that is knowledgeable and does the job right (the first time), these are your guys! Derek is honest and wont sell you something that isnt in your best interest or something you dont need. It is nice to find an honest contractor who will stand by their work. Everyone that worked on our job was very friendly and professional. Their work is amazing, customer service impeccable and the end product is beyond what we ever hoped. They completely redid our garage floor and the work is flawless!

Love our garage flooring that was done a few years ago and now super pleased with the patio floors. He even fixed spots in the garage! Thanks for an awesome job! This is the second time I used PUGS for my garage floors. Derek and his team do a great job. The floors last and they look great! I highly recommend Derek and his team.

We had an issue with our overhead door which had been serviced by other companies in the past. Could not get a call back. I called integrity and the office manager told me that her guys were out on calls but she would get back to me. After she realized that they would not complete their job that day, she showed up herself and re attached some angle iron that had separated from the door. Super impressed by her eagerness to take care of her customers.

Derek and Paco’s prices were very reasonable. They let us ask questions during their installation process and took the time to explain. We are very pleased with their work.

PUGS just completed applying a decorative epoxy coating to our residence garage floor. We chose a bright red which was a bit out of the norm, but not a problem for this crew!The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job on schedule in spite of some major cold and winds during that time.The finished product is beautiful and we are very happy with it.Derek, Paco, Mike and Austin were all polite, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We were very impressed with Mike and Austins perseverance in getting the color we wanted just right.
