We are truckers so our truck went down Thrusday we where on our way to Vegas to get married with a good paying load. They told us it would be Monday before they could fix it. We told them our story and they fixed it the next day. Thank you so much, I love this place.

The shop manager here was very nice they got my truck in on time and got it out on time Im very well pleased with this location

We were referred to Cummins Sales and Service for repairs and couldnt be HAPPIER! We cannot say enough about the service, compassion and determination of the folks at this company! They went above and beyond to resolve our issues. I felt it important to leave a GLOWING review for these folks as its the least we could do to show our appreciation and gratitude. The service writer and the mechanic were great, they found the problem with a sensor right away and gave us the price. They repaired the truck in record time and test drove it. Its nice to have the truck back with no check engine lights on and have the power back we are supposed to have. The only problem we had was trying to get the bill and leave - the shop supervisor was gone to lunch so we had to wait for our bill - we had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for that! My husband and I were traveling south to AZ in our 2006 Winnebago Journey when we experienced a great deal of drag on the coach as we went down the road. Fortunately we ran into Matt Kunkel and his gang at Cummins Sales and Service of Amarillo, TX. They assessed the problem fairly quickly. An extensive repair was needed including a replacement of the fuel filter. The filter was a pretty easy fix and Matt worked hard to get us information and a quote to get things fixed. Parts were ordered and shipped from Dallas. We ended up spending the night in Amarillo but ultimately the coach was back on the road and the bill ended up being about 10% less than the quote even though several bolts were rusted and needed replacing as well. All in all, they were great to work with, kind and patient with us as they explained exactly what was required and answered all our questions. We truly appreciate their professionalism!

I had an Onan generator die on me while on my way from NC to CA and they not only squeezed me in for service but had me fixed up and back on the road in only a couple of hours! I could not have had a better experience. Thanks again guys!

Noticed a transmission cooler antifreeze leak on my 2018 Phaeton MH while pulling into the Amarillo campground late Thursday afternoon. Google searched for a Cummins repair facility, called them and they had us in first thing Friday morning for an evaluation. They identified the defective part as one only available by the manufacturer who is Tiffin. I contacted Tiffin and had the replacement part shipped to Cummins for a Monday morning delivery. We were back in the shop Monday morning waiting for its arrival and as soon as the part arrived they pulled us into a bay. By 2 pm, we were back on the highway heading west. We could not be more pleased with the staff at this location and with Tiffin who got the part right out to us.. Thank you all for making this situation as painless as possible.

Staff was friendly. They got everything done properly and didnt bother my sleeping mother. They offered us water after being there an hour.

Pulled in at 8:45 for an oil change on my generator. Left after almost 2 hours. Charged me over$200. dollars. About $35 for the oil change and rest was labor. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING!!!! I had it done in Memphis, TN for a little over $50. I have attributed it to the idea that possibly the mechanic was both mentally and physically challenged. My ex is a truck mechanic and he said that price is ridiculous!
