Out of the 4 Temp agencies I used. Two I got no response. One gave a one day job after two weeks. Express employment had me an interview within days. I’ve currently been working for a month or so cause of the professional responsive services they offer. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible. Was contacted one day about a tech job to see if I was interested. I said yes. Never heard from them again. Emailed and texted many times after calls wouldnt go through (unemployed so a phone bill is hard to keep up) and never got a response.

I gave them 5 stars because I needed a job as soon as possible when I moved back to Amarillo and a day after I applied they had me working a steady job. Also the staff was super friendly, helped me with any questions I had, and i will definitely be going here again in the future if needed. I am very thankful to express employment professionals

Sept. 2020 - The communication was ambiguous. The front desk clerk comes off as disingenuous and ritualistic. My call was hung up on, and the drug screening appointment email I received was said a mistake. Slow time for employment opportunities when I applied, but I was able to get great jobs offers a couple weeks later. Was even able to use their computer for testing. Had several interviews and landed a great job. A++ service.

Went in Monday morning and had a job by Monday afternoon. Then I started my job Tuesday morning. It was definitely a stress free experience. The people were so friendly too!!!

Went in last week and put in an on-line application. Was told once I got done I would talk with the interview lady and see if I could start the process, I finished the online application within about 15-20 minutes so I let the receptionist, Shelby know and her response was well shes completely booked today we will call you tomorrow and set up an interview. Havent received a call back or anything. While I was in the office along with several other ladies trying to find employment, the receptionist had another client call in and simply ask if there were any leads on placement of employment. She proceeds to roll her eyes, and sigh very heavily numererous times like she was being bothered when the client was simply asking for leads. She then tells the client that is on the phone she has a waiting room full of people and she needs to get off the phone so she can see what they need. When I called in the following week because I still hadnt got a call on any leads or even an interview at this time. I was told that if there was something I would have got a call and they didnt want to waste time conducting an interview if there werent any leads. The sign-in sheet is just left on the counter for everyone to see and get your information off of. Not very confidential at all, actually kind of scary if you think about it, anyone can get your information. Honestly you are better off going to the local work force office and letting them assist you in job search than this very rude, and unprofessional office. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND NOTHING EXPRESS ABOUT IT!!

Went in for an interview, staff is friendly, but they never call they give you the run around. Went to another staffing company, went to work the same day. If they do call me, I wont even waste my time.

I concur with Janette. I have been on the job hunt for two months and have registered on their site, applied to positions and have never been called in for an interview . I have called them but they just give you the same old run around that they will call me as soon as something opens up. Yet they have anywhere from 7 to 10 open positions on their website. They obviously have no interest in helping anybody find a job which is a shame due to Express Employment has a solid reputation around the country but in Amarillo they are way below par.
