I was in Amarillo during the Christmas holiday. I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. I used the same barber several years ago and I liked the way he cut my hair.I walked in the shop and was not welcomed. I stood there not knowing what to do. There were three barbers staring at me from their chair while they cut hair. I finally said I had an appointment and a barber says my barber is not there and is probably at another location. I did not know there were two locations. No where on their facebook page, or on Google, does it say there are two shops.The barber I was talking to said he would be able to cut my hair after his five appointments. I ended up staying as a walk in and waited two hours and felt that a walk in after me got their haircut before me. The client whose hair was being cut before me was by a barber who had been siting in his chair the whole time I was there. I felt neglected.The haircut I got was not what I wanted. A female invited me to her chair, did not introduce herself, did not say hi, nor even try to start a conversation while she cut my hair. After telling, and showing her, what I wanted, I walked out unsatisfied. I did let her know that I was not satisfied in the kindest way possible. I showed her again, with a mirror, what I wanted.She did touch up my mustache the best anyone has ever done. And the cleanest straight razor shave I have ever had.She did scare me by thinking she chopped off my mustache, but immediately showed me what she was cutting. I appreciated that a lot. Next time Ill just get my haircut with my barber in my hometown.

They did a really good job, theres no doubt. However, they took liberties in doing my hair. I asked for a certain haircut, and he added his own touches to it without asking me. It came out looking really good, dont get me wrong, but he should have asked me beforehand if it was okay to improvise. Aside from that, Id recommend it.

Best barbers in town. However no phone number posted so you need a card from a barber to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but youre gunna wait

Novel place. A woman cut my hair first time there. She paid amazing attention to detail. I been outta town a month not letting anyone else touch my hair. Great place, and everyone that goes there knows it.

One of the best Barber shops I have been to since Ive come to Amarillo havent gone to another since I found this place. Good customer service, kind, friendly, and they make sure you taken care of and leave feeling fresh.

I went to the place after visiting a few of the local barbers and I have to say I am very impressed with both the shop and the barbers, all of whom are very educated and super friendly. The shop also has a very home like atmosphere with a lot of baseball memorabilia and an all around American feel to the shop.

Awesome place to relax, have fun, & get a hair cut and shave. They are truly artist. Just like family.

I recently went to the shop on Western and in my hour long wait I watched three people walk out because it was unclear who was next which was frustrating because the barbers would take 10-15min breaks in between customers even as the lines were piling up. Just a very unprofessional experience in my opinion and would not recommend.

Prices are going to be affordable depending on the look you want or how out of control your hair has gone. They are genuine people here. Havent paid to get my hair cut since 93. Decided to get a pro head shave & beard cut. Great service & great price. Sticks they sell to keep the ladies off afterwards are a but pricey, but totally worth it. Coulda been crushed. Definitely going back when Im in town & can make the time.

I survived 29 years of bad haircuts before I found this place. These guys are passionate about what they do and they do it with excellence. If you have difficult hair to cut, these are your guys.
