My boyfriend did a walk in and was helped very fast. She did a great job on his hair and was so friendly. We will be contacting her for his next haircut!

I go the one on gemlake, and Courtneysmy stylist. She is great at what she does, even with 4yr olds kids no problem.Clean, quick and friendly.

I took my husband here for a haircut. I made him an appointment the day before. I was going to wait in car as I am crippled from needing hip surgery. He went in and ask if they knew someone who could come to our house and cut my hair. Jaidyn was at the counter and said she would be glad to cut my hair then. She came out to help me in from the car and offered multiple places for me to sit. She was very sweet and did a great job. This location is super close to our house (Tascosa Road, Gem Lake, and Quail Creek Area) and the girls are very nice and accommodating. I recommend Jaidyn and Courtney for all your haircut needs. Terrible, the worst place ever to get a haircut.

Ive tried to get my sons haircut here twice. Both times it was about 30 minutes before closing time. Both times I was asked if I had an appointment despite the fact that the place was empty. When I told them I didnt have an appointment, I was told Id have to come back. I have never been turned away from a haircut place, except for this place, who has turned me away twice! I think the employees were already planning their night out. To the owner: if your store isnt meeting revenue goals, its probably because your employees dont want to work!

My son got a horrible haircut at Walmart and kids were literally making fun of him at school so I took him to Billy Jo to fix it. She was so helpful and even took him as a client even though she was no longer taking clients for the day! Thank you Billy Jo for helping my baby boy! The world needs more people like you!
