Scheduled An appointment earlier in the day paid $28. 2 hours prior to my appointment he cancelled. What’s the point of booking an appointment. He didn’t even call me and let me know the reason he cancelled. I pay 30 bucks each time I see him and I’ve been there about 4 times now. I was truly a loyal customer of his. What’s the point of his app if he doesn’t keep his appointments. I’m not broke by any means but now he has my money tied up and I don’t know when I will get it back. I have recommended this place to several people. I will never recommend this place again. You’d think being that I was a loyal customer he would have explained why he canceled. Definitely does not respect his patrons. I asked him earlier if I selected the right service i normally pay $28 when I walk in and tip him $15. He normally does a fade and that’s it. Sometimes cleans up my eyebrows. Now I’ve been trying to call for about an hour now and their phone is busy. Real unprofessional Malik. You could have called me and I would have corrected any mistake I made on the booking. From what I gather he expects you to pay almost double when you book. If I would have selected the haircut service on the app it would have been $45. What was I supposed to select. Not that you care but I would have been a loyal customer for a long time. I was a loyal customer sir.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Faded Skin! Always makes me feel like a new man after getting cleaned up by Malik. Thanks for the great cut and beard trim! Also this genius of a man has come up with the greatest smelling beard oil I have ever used!!! Does wonders for my beard daily!!! Can’t wait to see this product take off and do major league things!

Malik went above & beyond and cleaned up my sons fade better than weve ever seen. His beard oil is recommended as well! Definitely going to be repeat customers.

Very unprofessional! I called for a haircut and they said they accepted walk-ins and not even an hour later I show up and they are locked and I call about it and they say they aren’t doing walk-ins and get rude and get a smart attitude.

Best place ever they do such a great job cutting my sons hair. Love the atmosphere & decorations in here are so awesome. Everyone is so friendly I highly recommend this place to everyone. Im from out of town, dont trust all barbershop, just a walkin the day b4 fathers day and got a cut that made me feel like my barber in NC cut it himself, big Shout out to the owner and his Staff... to all out of towers go straight to Faded Skin u want be disappointed...much love and respect to this shop...

Went in without an appointment after getting a bad “pixie” haircut at a salon. I wish I had the before and after. They welcomed me in and checked out my cut, asked me what I wanted... I just needed someone to sit me down and tell me they could fix it. David was the guy who opened up his chair and gave me a clean fade. He was honest and that alone helped me trust him with the cleanup. I’ll be coming back for my touch ups with him and will recommend him to my friends. I feel so much better. THANKS DAVID!

This is by far the best Barber Shop in Amarillo! Great atmosphere with phenomenal barbers and hair stylist. During my visit, I watched them cut a wide array of hair types with many people from different demographics. Malik, the owner hooked me up with the tightest fade Ive ever had! He used steam with a straight razor to line me up and even used an airbrush to define my edges. This was a true barber experience! Thank you! Ill be growing my beard out now just to have them make it look awesome too!

Do not clean their clippers was out here for work never had bumps in the back of my head until now.

One of barbers that work there had added me on Snapchat I watched a couple of videos and decided to try him out...it’s hard to find a good barber but I wasn’t disappointed I got a haircut with the Asian guy with tattoos and he knows what he’s doing his co worker was cutting and from what I could see is also just as good....the shop itself is nothing like Amarillo has ever seen it’s got a real big city vibe an urban feel if you will but it’s professional clean and family friendly..I’ll for sure be back and will be bringing my kids with me glad we finally found our new barbershop I’ve tried damn near every shop in town this one is above the rest

Getting a boys haircut is hard work but this place has cut his hair 3 times and I have not had to take him to get it re cut. I cannot tell you how many times I have paid for 2 haircuts bc I refused to go back to the same person to fix it. It’s a good feeling to get the cut and go home. No wait on weekday for me, they are fast, and he looks good.
