I called this office asking for a bill of lading. The lady who answered didnt know what a bill of lading was. I tried to explain. Then she asked me how much would it cost. Like I have a clue, thats the reason Im calling. She then aggressively to me to not call this office again and hung up on me. Very rude people.

Instead of a law firm helping you and caring about their clients,They want to lock you in first, then keep sending you new invoices and charge you whatever they want! Unbelievable!I should have known when a law firm has 4-5 different locations, that they are all about quantity and how much money they can bring in. Could care less about there clients.Please look for a good, respected lawyer that actually has just one location and can meet you face to face and not do everything over the phone and try to rip you off any way possible.Otherwise you will get emails fromJessica every couple of weeks about new invoices even after your case is over. Having worked with law firms throughout the State of Texas for the last 30 years, I can wholeheartedly say that the Moster Law Firm has been in a class by itself in the seven years that we have been using their services.
