Came in to get front windows tinted. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Lifetime guarantee on tint. I waited on my car to be done and took less than 45 minutes from the time they pulled it in until it was completed. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Auto Trim Design sprayed in a bed-liner and tinted the front windows of my Wifes 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. The work was exceptional and they took care of everything remotely due to the COVID-19 issues. Dropped truck off in the morning and they had it ready before closing time the same day.

Had our windows tinted on a 2020 chevy on 02/25/2020 and the passenger side tint has gotten a hole in it and i took it in to have them fix it. And they told me that it had been poked with a sharp object which i know is a lie. Cause nobody sits over there that would have a sharp object. As far as these people being fair and honest i would not recommend this shop to anyone cause the main reason why is they dont stand behind there life time warranty that they say. I am going to have my windows peeled and redone at tunes and tint with the legal tin . Auto trim and design will only put a 30 percent tint on there and tunes and tint will be do a darker tint and still be legal. And it will have a heat barrier for a small percentage of the heat passes through and the legal limit is 25 % and auto trim and design will only do 30%

I could not be MORE HAPPY. Absolute professionals in every aspect. I presented them with a decal from China... It could have been easy to meet up a application. Been knew exactly what to do to correct potential problem. So very very reasonably priced. Friendly and efficient receptionist. Have already referred friends, as they loved it as much as I. Dropped my car off a little before 9, and Maurice was very friendly and helpful with assisting me. It didn’t take as long as he said it would, and the front office was very detailed in advising me how to care for my tint. I definitely recommend!!

The tint job has held up well. No Bubbles or pealing. I give that 5/5 stars. The communication and professionalism was subpar. They told me it would be done around noon, as I dropped it off in the morning time. I had to call in after not hearing a word around 230 for them to tell me oh won’t be done till 4ish. I was without a car and had errands and places to be with kids. Lastly, when I got in my car the stereo was turned up so loud is scared me when car started. I’m not sure if the installer was jamming to music, that’s fine but respect my car and property guys. For this 3/5 review overall. Installed about week ago. Tome will tell of it last. Price seemed reasonable as well.

Quoted me & the car dealership I got my car from $139 for window tint on my Beetle. After services were done, they charged me $129 and handed me an invoice. Once I was home, they called me back and said that they gave me the wrong invoice and that my invoice was meant to be for $189! They also expected me to go back up there to pay the rest! So me and my mother went up to them to pay the rest of the bill, and told them how it wasn’t good business for them to call customers back at home to come back and pay an invoice after the business messed up and charged the customer the wrong price. After one of the other employees heard us complaining about how they do business, he refused to take our money. After making us go through the trouble of going back up there, we insisted on them keeping the money and walked out. The employee chased us and followed us out the door to our car and demanded that we take our money. My mother tried to get in the car and while closing the door he shoved his arm into the car to prevent my mother from closing her door and threw the money into her face!Terrible business. Terrible attitude from the employees. They like to rip people off too apparently! Stay away from here!

I went in to get window tint installed and did not have a ride to pick me up as it was being installed. I asked the lady that set up my appointment about what time it would be finished as I was going to walk home (about 2-3 miles away) while it was being installed. She not only offered to drive me home after dropping my car off, BUT called when it was finished and picked me up as well! (which only took an hour and a half at most after dropping off, quick turnaround!). The tint came out perfect and I couldnt be anymore pleased with the work and service! Thank you!!

They window tint my Civic Type R no problem, other shops wouldn’t tint my car because of the rear wing but this shop did it professionally the same day with no delays, they did an awesome job, thank you guys

I have used Auto Trim since I could drive. Over the past 15 years they have done several things for multiple vehicles we have owned. Got my windows tinted on my vehicle at a fair price and was able to get it done as a walk in with no appointment. Awesome. And they gave me a ride to come and pick up my vehicle even though I live less than a mile away and was going to walk over.

Just wanted to get my windows tinted in the front and also see what the window tint % was on the back doors but the lady at the front desk apparently thought auto trim design was Busy enough that she did not need my business had no customer Service experience and should not be running the front desk as customers are to be greeted and I have had my vehicles done there in the past and the quality seem to be good but if I cant get quality from people in the front that you deal with first before you get the product put on whats the point!!!!!!

Friendly and easy to work with. Wait time to get tint was less than a week. Price was the same as other major stores in town. Convient key drop box for early drop offs. Tint job was done perfect. Would definitely use them again.

Limo tint on back window bubbled up after 6 months. I do not recommend going here as it seems they use cheap materials. Im having to have my window completely peeled and replaced properly.

Terrible. They put the wrong shade of tint on my new car. And just had it cleaned, and the glue from the tint was all over my car, white powder in the inside. The owner denyed everything. They just take your money an run.
