Didnt even know this place was here but glad I found them. Friendly service, they quickly patched up the tire I brought in and gave me a great deal. Also doesnt hurt that they had rust valley restorers playing in the lobby. Would highly recommend!

On July 29, around 8:15 PM, I just found my car had a flat tire while my family and I were moving on the way from Miami, FL to Albuquerque, NM. I was extremely frustrated about the flat tire, and I stopped by this place for some help. The staff was extremely nice and professional, and willing to help me immediately although the place was going to be closed at 8:30 PM. They helped me with the flat tire, fixed it from the inside surface of tire, and provided me good advice. When I asked how much for the service, the staff gave me a very kind smile and said it was free. I was absolutely surprised because I cannot believe it. When I was in Miami, FL, every time I fixed my flat tire at the auto repair place closed to my apartment, the people in Miami always charged me $10 for just fixing the tire from outside by plugging stuff and never taking out the tire to fix it from inside. But this place at Amarillo did far far better than Miami’s, and people at this place so nice, and provided me such a great service for free. Maybe it is the difference between Miami and Texas, demonstrating how friendly, nice, and professional people in Texas are. As my family and I are heading to Albuquerque, NM this morning, I hope the staff who helped me yesterday can see this review, and I wanted to say “Thank you very very much!!! I really really appreciate it!!!” Until now, I still cannot believe how people can be so kind and nice like this. I extremely appreciate it!!!

We were in a hurry and called Mavis and they were able to get us right in. Patched our tire up for free and we were on our way in 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service, nice clean establishment and they made sure we were well taken care of. I will definitely be back!!

Driving from Dallas to Colorado and had a slow leak. Stopped into Mavis and they were able to immediately help out. Very knowledgeable and friendly and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

We picked up a nice piece of metal at the beginning of our vacation while we were traveling from LA to Colorado. Stayed in Amarillo and got up early to be at tire shop when they opened. Not only did they fix my tire with great customer service but they handed me my keys and told me have a great trip it was taken care on the house. Went in for a balance and rotate on tires.Bent my side step runner on the lift... Not a big deal if they had told me.Fortunately I was watching when it happened and had to point the issue out. They gave me a free balance on the tires. Ok that was fine...But, I have discovered my axle is loose in the same area where my runner was bent... now I dont know if it was damaged on the lift...

We unfortunately had a flat tire on our travel from utah to texas and to make it worse on labor day weekend when most tire service locations are closed but thankfully google maps brought us to Mavis tires and brakes they told us might be 30 mins before they could get us in and they actually got us in about 10 mins and we didnt even have to wait in the texas heat at all their waiting room is super clean and comfortable while we waited for them to do their job definitely very reliable and good quick service

I called to verify if they were doing state inspections today, Sunday, and the gentleman said they were. He got my name and number and said if I came now they could get me in because they weren’t very busy. I got there within 15 minutes and the gentleman behind the counter told me that they weren’t doing state inspections today because he didn’t have anyone to do them. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. He stated that he didn’t have anybody at all today to do it and the person on the phone was from their call center and didn’t know their manpower.

Had blowout on I-40. Had hard to find size tire replacement but they did great. Very knowledgeable, fair, super quick

Went in w wifey and they asked her how they can help.....she explained the flat, she handed over the fob and immediately went to her car.....we sat in a huge lounge with comfortable chairs and a tv while they fixed the tire. Less than 15 minutes later they said we were done and we paid the $20 and the car was sitting at the front door when walked out!!!!LET ME SAY THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS 9-5...
