They answered the phone right away, had the tires we needed got em on lightning fast all the employees were knowledgeable and great to deal with especially there shop dog Brenda and they got us a great deal on the tires too

Customer service was incredibly hospitable and efficient. We we’re stuck with a defective wheel well on a road trip and it was really messing with our day and kept popping the tire on our trailer, these people fixed it up fast with good attitudes and helpful experienced service. 10/10 Highly recommend. They did exactly what needed to be done and did it quickly. Made everything so much smoother for the trip and really made our day better.

I am over the moon with the quality of service I recieved. Armando went above and beyond to meet my needs, getting a full set of tires from another property ready for me when I suffered a blowout. And when my insurance was uncooperative and took ages getting a tow for me, Armando and Chase stayed late to get all my tires swapped, giving me complete peace of mind on the road. Its thanks to their hard work that I could make it home safe and sound, I could not have found a better team.

Got a replacement tire (for an already blown tire) before leaving Texas from Bill Williams and Billy and his crew were awesome!!!! They fixed the rim and got us fixed up and back on the road. Good thing because we had another blow out 50 miles from home (Tulsa). Wish we had them replace all the tires!!! Great job guys and thank you for all you do!!!!

This morning I was driving to work and thought my car was pulling to the left from the cold front. Came out at lunch and saw my flat tire. A colleague called Bob Williams Tires and they came to my rescue. Within 5 minutes they were there to air it up, took it to the shop, repaired it in the time I paid and sent me on my way. Excellent customer service!
