This is by far one of the worst coparts I have ever been to. I have been in auto transportation for over 4 years and never had so many issues at a copart facility.

This is by far one of the worst coparts I have ever been to. I have been in auto transportation for over 15 years and never had so many issues at a copart facility. Going to countless copart locations each month in texas and many other surrounding states. This is the only one they refused to load a truck claiming it is to big in size. They claim it is too big for their machine but I have personally witnessed coparts load much bigger vehicles without hesitation. I assume you must be a big enough buyer and purchase enough vehicles for them to turn their head and get anything loaded. I believe its just inexperienced loader drivers and poor management that is causing such an issue.

Been trying to sign in and get an account, they CANNOT help you via phone or in person, if their automated system doesnt like you there is no way you can give them your money, and no one you talk to cares

This place is run just like a government institution. The lot employees sit around and do nothing but chat and laugh while you wait for them and when they finally get around to you they dont care to help you beyond what theyre legally required to do while the ones who would help you cant do anything for you since theyre subordinates. This place has a disgusting business culture and I only wish there was a competitor I could opt for but they cornered the market as a national option.

Worst employer ever. Everyone is rude, hateful and will stab you in your back. Fellow employees never included me in any conversation. If I was talked to at all, it wascondescending. Everyone has an attitude that they are better than everyone else. Especially CG & SP.Their yard manager is a jerk..Dont work here or purchase a car from them.

Good Company I worked for unfortunately got fired due to personal reasons. I would love to return to work for copart. Cant really say much about the new management she was there for like a month before I got fired. I loved Kali and the reginal manager Mike. Regular Customers were great, Yard sup was nice and understanding. Office we always had fun and played jokes on each other. Office ladys were AMAZING Hopefully one day I can return back to Copart. It had its perks but not to bad. Love my Copart Family

Dealing with Copart team be ready to get ripoff with misleading advertisements. See picture does not mention anything about mechanical issues only front damage and minor dent/scratches. But clearly the sale person Kenny Garcia posted this way for people not to notice the mechanical issues on the front page. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING as the sale person and the manager Shay Porter dont care about integrity or keeping their customers.

Really was getting back on the right track. To bad they now have an unprofessional, ghetto, regional manager that thinks she can speak to people however she wants. Lost 2 good employees within a few months of her taking over. Hope the company doesnt mind paying unemployment. You cant nor shouldnt fire people over high school drama. They should do more interviewing when hiring regional managers and speak to their current employees. Some general managers do not have the mental capacity, professionalism, nor education to understand the difference between a general manager role and a regional role. HR needs a refresh course in what is considered misconduct and retaliation. I have watched Jay in seminars and web videos he would be ashamed to know what went on in that region and still is. It for sure does not reflect his vision for this company.

If I could rate them lower I would!! They are the worst, most unprofessional, dishonest, unethical people I have had to deal with in a long time. They blatantly lied to me about who could bid on vehicles, as well as lying about when you could bid, and then even when it came to what was supposed to be a live public auction they rigged it again so that no one had the opportunity to bid on the vehicle. They also lied in the instructions on putting a deposit, conning us out of $600 before cheating us out of a chance to even bid on the vehicle!! They cost Allstate at least $3000 on that one sale, with their intentional manipulation of the system. I would caution anyone to be very wary of dealing with the AMARILLO Copart Location. Besides being dishonest the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional!!

My truck traveling through Northern TX was supposed to arrive to pickup a car around 1:30 pm but due to a bad weather it was delayed. New ETA was 4:35-4:40pm. I called front desk hoping not to lose another day and ask them to make an acception because we were only five-ten min late for their cut off (technically copart is open until 5pm). Sir, If you here after 4:30 we wont release your car I was told twice with arrogance. Truck had to wait 16 hours until next morning...11/12/2018

Usually when I use coparts the service is pretty decent. Today I was given such ugly service by the young lady at the desk I wish I could refund the car.. She was very rude. Spoke down to me with an attitude... But chastised me about how I spoke to her in return.. They didnt wear name tags the reciept says Baperry.. She was very unprofessional. I will not be returning here for business.

This is the most Schyster company out there. Motto Give me your money, Get out of my site. They will not accept any responsibility of any type. Damage your car, too bad, so sad. Now get out of here! Bought a car, fees were double what was normal. Paid 100% of the sell price to keep the car from being relisted. Spoke to the manager, twice, verified I had until Friday to pay Coparts jacked up fees. Checked on Thursday to verify car was still mine to make sure I didnt make a fruitless 8 hour trip. It wasnt, they relisted it. Called them, we didnt say that. Thank you for the $400 relist fee, now move along. They can re-issue it, nope, youll have to call Corporate to get your money back. Called Corporate, yes, we see here where they agreed to hold the car for you. Corporate called the yard, didnt include me on the conversation, woman named BB came back, sorry sir, I was just relaying a message from my manager, it means nothing. Cant re-issue the car, now go away, call Corporate back for a refund. Called Corprate back, we cant make the individual yards to anything, its up to the manager at that yard. Okay, I want a refund. Sure sir, well get a check sent out to you in the next 30 days some time. Have a nice day. How about you re-post that to my Debit card on file. Oh, no sir!, we cant do that, thats a separate transaction. Look for your check in the next 30 daysUpdate: They held my money for 60 days, not 30 per conversation, as retaliation for complaining. Even then, had to call every week to get them to release the check. They couldnt/wouldnt tell me when they were going to send it out. Plus, kept the $400 relist even though they agreed we had an agreement. Be prepared for something to go wrong anytime you deal with them. Be sure and check car out before you even touch the car or leave the lot, not that it matters because they wont correct any mistake even if it is their own fault. AGAIN, MOTTO: Give me your money and get outta here!They are famous for CREATIVELY taking pictures of the cars. They take the pictures so that any damage is not shown. When they say, WONT START you better check to see if it has an engine in the first place because odds are, IT DOESNT! They might say it has keys, yeah good luck with that! Accessories on the vehicles when pictures are taken magically disappear when you go pick up the vehicle. Mostly through yard employees.When bidding on cars, keep in mind, they have their own employees bidding against you. If they win, they dont buy it, it just ends up in next weeks auction where they do it again. It has happened to me several times. Typical corruption there, its all about the bottom line. It should be called CORRUPT PART.
