I’m locked out of my mobile app and when I tried to get help, I was told that even though the information is sitting in front of them on the screen, they “can’t” tell me. Everytime I call them for help with my account, they are never able to help me. If the mobile app was more dependable, I wouldn’t need to call half the time. I’m so over this “Bank”. I still cannot access my mobile app, so I’m seriously debating withdrawing all of my money and banking elsewhere; Maybe I won’t have so many issues. If this was an isolated incident, I would be more understanding, but this happens all the time and with no resolution. Do better.

Very slow one teller working the others just watch as lines get longer

I like the fact that it is open 7 days a week, its in Walmart and no matter how much people say they hate Walmart you still go back because we do. And yes they work on holidays but they new that before applying. So I love Woodforest I have never had one problem with this bank.

I have a account with them every time i go in for a question or to get help with a banking issue they always so no or they dont do that here . What is the point of this bank if they dont do anything for your banking needs. Im about to switch banks. Also different tellers say different thing . I couldnt even deposit a check someone wrote out to me because there check account number has never been through there system .... The person had a different bank how was it supposed to in there system anyways .

This branch disgusted me, AND YOU MAKE THESE PEOPLE WORK ON HOLIDAYS? No wonder why the manager was garbage. Terrible ownership. I hope you guys learn from your terrible ways and realize there is a spot in hell for people like you. but thanks for the blow pop preciate it fam.
