Very old school car wash the machine seemed about 3 decades old I was very hesitant to go here. It left a very abrasive wax on our car. it felt rough to the touch and it seem like it was a film not like a normal wax. I recently got my truck waxed (somewhere else) and it felt smooth like glass when we took our other vehicle to get washed here it seemed rough like the car was textured or cover with 400 grit sand paper. I will not be going back here.

I get my truck washed here all the time. Its a nice place and I like the fact that I can just sit back and enjoy the ride. I dont have to get out and stand around waiting.The young man at the entrance to the tunnel is so patient and helpful. I forgot some tie down straps in the bed of my truck. He gathered them all up and handed them to me. Thank you for catching my mistake and keeping me from having to pay for half of the machines in the car wash tunnel.

I was here 8/4/21 with the intentions of purchasing a monthly plan. The 2 people I spoke to didnt know what I meant when I asked if an express wash would clean the undercarriage of the vehicle, and didnt seem to know theres car washes that have the capability to spray underneath the vehicle. I decided to purchase a regular $6 express wash instead of the monthly due to employees lack of knowledge of their job. When my vehicle was done being wash I proceeded to the vacuums where every bin with clean towels was empty. After today I will be exploring other options for monthly washes.

This automatic car wash is premium. Even has ceramic coating as an option... Nice

At this time it is closed for an unknown reason. Upon calling their listed number it just rings and the voicemail is full. It was very nice when open.

Great car wash

I went twice within the hour. The first time, the blow dryer was not working. I was told the associates would dry my truck more thoroughly. They didnt. One of the vacuums was not working either so I had to relocate to another bay. Small inconvenience. When I came back with my other truck, the blow dryer was finally working. Yay!! Other than this incident, I always have good service here.

They claim free vacuums. But they barely even work. Youre better off not even using them if you do not want to get upset with the suction they have..

Went through clean ride car wash today. I will never use that car wash again thebelt stopped that was pulling my car through and then the individual behind me rear-ended me. I drove out the man on the other side said that me and the lady needed to exchange insurances it was not the car washes fault.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Dont go here often but it is a quick and easy place to get a good car wash. They have several options and levels to choose from. The people are most always cheerful and helpful. They have vacuums for free afterwards that you can vacuum your car out but I have not use them. Just enjoy it for a good Quick Car Wash.

Not usually a wait here. Decent automated car wash for the price. Your vehicle wont be spotless, but itll knock almost all the dirt off. 24Hr rain guarantee on all but the low tier wash package. Free vacuums have enough power to pick up almost everything quickly.

Overall a great wash. The first impression guy that sprayed my truck at the beginning only sprayed the drivers side... ?? And the last impression dry was lacking.

Wash doesnt get everything clean on my caddy. It needs stronger water jets for rinsing. But its nice that they hand dry your car afterwards.

Love our monthly car wash program. Keeping our new car looking fresh by maintaining fresh and clean. The staff here is super friendly and I roll down the line in about 5 minutes and Im done.

The sprayer (person) at the beginning never really fully sprays my car. The dryer (person) at the end never actually dries that well. Overall good clean. The vacuum being free is a bonus.

It would be 4 stars if their hours made sense. Theyve missed several sales from me because they close at 6. I work 9-5 M-F and Im out of town on the weekends. I cant be the only one put out by these hours.

The car wash was decent. The vacuums were absolutely horrible. They wouldnt pick anything up. I could have driven with my windows opened and I would have a better chance of my rugs being cleaned. I should have gone to IShine in Pearland like I have done in the past, but I was in Alvin.

The car wash is an automatic run through that has different clean levels for different amounts of money. I purchased the $8 wash and proceeded to the start of the machine. An employee is waiting to tape your windshield wipers in both front and back so that they do not become damaged in the wash process. This part of the process was why I rated a 4 instead of 5 stars, because this employee has 1 job, to tape the windshield wipers, and after he did mine he stood there expecting a tip. As if he did some miraculous deed in taping down my wipers. Im not against tipping for premium customer service, but to expect something for nothing is ludicrous. He even had a hand written sign with Tips Welcome, hanging on the way in. After proceeding through the wash you come to a mechanical dryer that gets the excess water off but no matter what there is always some in the window and door cracks. For this reason the car wash had a person who wipes down your car, which I thought was a nice touch.

Ask to have bug splatter on front of vehicle scrubbed off before wash. said they couldnt do it said spray would take care of it. went through wash and half of it was still left. found scratch right rear quarter panel after wash per attached pic.
