The dishwasher wasn’t running properly and wouldn’t drain. We called the service company to find out if they could send someone immediately. They responded promptly, and they had their expert to our place quickly. He took care of the procedure pretty easily. He got the unit to work safely and correctly once again.

Tried to stay local and use this repair service for a washing machine, Repairman showed up and in less than 10 minutes stated that it needed new wear pads. Failed to get parts in a timely manner, then when finally got parts, stated that he would show up that evening to install, 2 weeks since original service call. Never showed up, and never called to reschedule, so I asked for a full refund. Was still charged $85 for basically nothing. Would never recommend this service company.
