I performed an insurance inspection today, sunday, 10/13/2019. to complete my file and get payment out to the insured i need the invoice for work performed by servicemaster. i called servicemaster to get the invoice, i was told by the call center that the servicemaster sales rep, Kim, was on call today and would be able to get back to me shortly. roughly 7 hours passed and i had still hear nothing. i called servicemaster again, and they said that they would pass along the message a second time. shortly after i received a call from Kim. he was immediately confrontational and condescending even though the purpose of my call was to get the documentation necessary to take care of our mutual client. he told me that he would not send the invoice until tomorrow, keep in mind i was requesting 30 seconds to send an email. this seems like a very poor way to represent your company and your client when my only goal was to close this file and get payment out to the person who had suffered water damage to their basement.
