I have lived all over the country and by far Sanders has been one of the best services at a reasonable price. The office staff has always been polite and helpful. The pickup guys have gotten my can from the house when I forgot to pull it to the curb. Ive met Bob and he and his wife they were very nice. Thanks

They have destroyed every one of my trash cans and my driveway...which I had to replace on my dime. Bill continues to increase with no notification. Would not recommend them to anyone!

They are our regular trash pick up company and do a great job. We recently had a family emergency that required us to have excess amounts garbage they were so great even though we couldnt fit everything in the garage can they graciously took all the extra bags on garbage day. We truly appreciate them and especially the gentleman on the truck who patiently picked up each extra bag. They are great.

Incredibly petty company. I canceled service after a month of them not picking up my trash (paid for the month). I called today to restart service thinking they got their aft together. They declined to offer me service or to refund the month they charged me for without picking up my trash. Nob the owner seems to think asking them to do the service you paid for is an insult to him so he blocked service to me of you can get another trash service stay away from these guys theyll do you dirty.

I have had occasion to use Sanders in the past and spoke by phone today with a Sanders employee about a current roll off rental. I reviewed this business previously; but, I think I have never reviewed twice on the same firm. But, after reading a negative review a few minutes ago, I decided I must reply. I have never been treated unfairly. My experiences include personal contacts with very skilled Sanders drivers who operate clean and well-maintained equipment (always a good sign). My phone conversations with Sanders’ office personnel including the call today have all been reflections of people who know what they’re doing. They are always pleasant when talking with me. A few years ago, I even had occasion to speak with Robert Sanders, himself. Frankly, I was impressed that he took a call personally. They are so rude on the phone; office staff used to be nice but that has seriously changed for the worst. I never have had problems with the drivers, they always pick up all my trash and are polite. The main office on the other hand is full of obnoxious workers with poor customer service skills. Im seriously thinking of switching to Jones if they are that rude again on the phone. The are poorly ran in the office and charge too much for service.

I forgot to take my own trash down and the trash guy came up my driveway and got it on his own. Like that is service and soo cool

This man Robert Sanders cussed me out on the phone. Made me cry so I hope he is proud of himself. Now I u derstand why everyone on my street is canceling there service with him. Then proceeded to tell me it was my fault that he was cussing me out. Do not go to this man for service. Horrible and extremely unprofessional. But to top it all off my young children were sitting right next to me hearing all of it. This man is an ASSHAT . This is how he treats veterans! Which I am a proud veteran. I did two tours and to have him treat me like this for no reason is sad and shows how awful people are.

22 Years never had no problem with trash pickup untill i got with Sanders waste. According to their site 3 30 gallon bags is yhe limit. Some days i can have 3 bags in one day. Get what you pay for. Cheapest price but drivers that leave some trash and very restrictive on amont of trash

On my route, the guys are great. I think theres a wide variation between drivers and routes. I lucked out, I suppose, because mine are a five-star team.The office and staff? Meh. Three stars for them.

We love this company. Best service the guys are always decent. SANDERS IS THE BEST THING WE EVER DONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Very inconsistent with their policies. They’ll completely ignore our garbage and let it pile up, but I know other routes take more than we ever have. Someone mentioned you need to bribe the already well paid employees so perhaps that’s my mistake. Oh wait, no we gave them extra money before Christmas and they still skipped our house completely. If you’re hiring let me know. I’d love a decent paying job that I can refuse to do.

One of their trucks was traveling on the interstate in fairview heights. It hit a bump and many many rocks came flying out of the back bouncing all over the interstate. Unfortunately many hit my 2018 van. The truck had no license plate. But I did catch up to it and take a picture of the door. Learn how to cover your load.

They have always picked up our trash as expected but recently we got a giant dumpster. They delivered when promised and picked up when promised.

Have used Sanders Waste for a few years. Theyve always been great with the customer service and much better on price than the competition.

On the few times I have forgotten to put the trash out, they walk up my driveway and get my trash can. Excellent service!

My FULL garbage bin was pulled to the curb and the workers simply didn’t pick it up . I called and asked why and they told me they had no one to come back out for a week?! They did not care that I have a new born baby and that trash cannot sit in my house for another week. Highly disappointed in the staff who answered the phone and the workers who failed to do their job this week

1 year and 4+ times my trash has been forgotten. Only house down my side street using them, but I pay for 2 bins and have had to put extra barrels because they cant make it out for another week. Offered a week reimbursement, what am I supposed to do with the already full barrels and extra ones?Was told only the trash that was out got taken, ummm, i leave my barrels in a designated spot at the end of my driveway to avoid this ever happening!?

Very rude lady that answered the phone. If your wanting people’s business than you need to learn some respect and manners towards your customers especially when they are looking into having your business as your trash service. She was a total witch on the phone you need to hire better help. But I heard it’s a family business so if she is that rude than more likely the whole business is like her. Won’t be going there anytime soon

These guys are the best. We just moved to St. Louis after being on the east side out in the country for eight years. They always did a great job, never left trash on the ground, and if we sometimes forgot to bring our trash down our long drive to the gravel road, they would even come up and get it. And occasionally Id have a question about something, my account, etc., and they were always helpful and anxious to please a customer.

I called to inquire about transferring my service to them because they offer the 2x a week and online bill pay and i have heard good things about them. I spoke with one lady who was very nice and helpful and gave me a price i told her let me call right back i just want to discuss with my husband real fast make sure he agrees with the switch and after talking he did. I called back and spoke with a different woman who then quoted me $4 more a month then what the girl had told me 5 mins prior so i told her that was not what i had been told 5 mins ago and i was not going to switch at that time if that was the case....now the good i contacted the Facebook page and explained the situation and why i didnt switch to them and was told who to call and speak with and that they would give me the price i was originally told so i was very glad to see a company do that and Julie that i spoke with when i called to set it up was very nice and said they would have a can out that day or the following and asked when i would like my new service to start i really like them i just wish they would find a way to be more consistent when giving info and pricing on the phone

We have really liked Bob Sanders service.. We have had a lot of things going on and we forgot to pay our bill.. We didnt realize we were late. They picked up their tote and threw all of our trash in our yard... We live in the country so, naturally it was all torn up.. We understand we were late and have no problem paying but, if you are late on your payment they just throw your trash in your yard.. Nice.!

A red truck with Robert Sanders waste decals all over it tried to run us off the road on 2 different days in Godfrey/Alton. The female driver & her teenage son hung out of their windows to scream & cuss at us & used the Robert Sanders truck as a weapon to try to harm us. Police reports have been made. Robert Sanders was contacted & wasnt concerned, because, Its the WIFE of one of my employees. What can I do?

The worst inconsiderate, loud drivers. Picks up trash anywhere from 3am -4:30am. Wakes everyone in the household every Wednesday and Saturday. Complained to the owner and he basically said too bad, go ahead and call the police with a noise complaint.

We have two commercial accounts with Sanders and they have been awesome especially through the renovation process and last minute empty and return requests. Julie is the best.

Was just at East Alton Il. Mc. Donalds (7/28/17) 9:00 pm waiting in the drive thru when this guy in a white Robert Sanders truck starts honking and screaming and cursing out the window at us then pulls up next to us to continue cussing and yelling, waking my child and also revealing that he is obviously drunk or under the influence of something. This is NOT a way to represent your business sir and I hope you can find a more professional way to carry and present your self!

They are argumentative on the phone. They broke my recycling bin. They have at times forgotten to pick up the recycling... This company is terrible.

Only one complaint.If our pick up day during the Christmas and new year holidays.Falls on the holidays.Well little inconvenient for us.Because they miss two weeks of pick up.Only have so much space in our trash cans.
