Mike has great customer service skills. Very professional and communicated with me what was going on with my computer and have prices before he fixed anything. Thank you so much!!!! Mikes customer service and expertise in computers is excellent! Highly recommended to have him help with your computer troubles. He replaced my laptops broken SSD drive with a new one and put all the old data into it. Lesson learned, I will definitely back up my data into hard drives from now on.
