The two men that work at A storage are very kind, they go out of there way to help you. Ive had a unit here for over a year its cheap. You can purchase insurance for units but theres not much to keep the insects out or field mice. Allot of stuff has been destroyed due to bugs in my unit. If I was just rating the staff theyd get 5 stars but the storage units need better reinforcement from the weather an nature. On several occasions the workers have went above and beyond for me to help me. I guess over all you get what you pay for. Prices are cheap so what do you expect.

Needed a storage unit as I am getting ready to move back to the area. Adam was more than accommodating to help me through the process. Unit was inspected and cleaned the day before which was a nice surprise. I was able to get what I needed an out the door in less than 15 minutes. would highly recommend.

My ex had some items stolen by his daughter and put into a unit up here the man called said they were going to auction the items no one ever received a certified letter I dont think he can produce one thats been signed call the morning of the auction because Ive never had to go through this before Im the caregiver for the person the man was very hateful very rude told him I was on my way up but unless I made full payment on the unit the unit was already sold now I dont quite understand if I make payment how can he unseld something the supposedly has been auctioned off this doesnt sound right to me this leads me to believe that he opened the unit and went into it and kept the unit his self because he tried very hard to keep me from driving up there told me I didnt have time to get there the unit was already gone this man did not try to work with me at all on this unit very rude and hateful shame on him to do the elderly that way

Very Pleased! We had to use short term storage for my dads things while he was in the hospital. Adam was very helpful and we ended up renting a very nice space for a reasonable fee. The place is well maintained and I wouldnt hesitate to rent here again.

Adam answered the phone immediately when I called (very refreshing after calling two others and having to leave voice message on cell phones). I felt that my rental unit was more secure with someone residing on-site. He also gave me a free, high-quality, tamper-proof lock at no charge, as well as researching to find that I had rented there 5 years ago, and offered a return-customer discount.I was very happy with the service and location, as well as the fact that the gate is always locked, but accessible to renters 24/7.A Storage Inn will be my first call from now on, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for short-term and long-term storage needs.

I love this place. Adam, the manager, is super cool and helpful. Definitely dig that its open 24 hours and the gate adds a lil extra security, which is comforting. And the best part- theyre very reasonably priced.

My husband and I decided to rent a storage unit to store the clutter from our garage as we showed our house that was for sale. The unit was very well lit inside, as well as, outside. The unit was clean, dry and no bugs. The access to and from the secure gate was very convenient. The office manager was very pleasant and easy to work with. We were very satisfied with A Storage Inn!!

Having only rented my unit a couple months ago, I was very pleased with the service I received at the initial signup, and now. Adam, the office manager was very detailed and thorough about the rental process, took time to show me the units, and answered all the questions I had - there were many. I really like the fact there is a person on-site 24/7, it makes it very secure. I highly recommend this complex to others.

I have had a storage unit with this business for a few years now. All the people who work there are very friendly. The manager, Adam, knows me by name and unit number so paying my bill is always quick and easy. I would recommend anyone to this place for their storage needs.

Not secure at all. Gate frequently left open, not well lit at night, overall not great. The manager was very nice though.
