They did three separate jobs for me on my truck. I was satisfied with the work done but was quoted one price each time and charged another after the work. So my advice is get a written estimate.

Not only did it cost more than it should have for a battery & back brakes ($745.) I was told my car was ready for a long road trip, but it broke down half way to my destination.

When I say I had the worst experience of all time here I mean the WORST. So I brought my car in because it was shaking and having issues starting. So they reccomend a new starter and engine coils which came up to around $700-750 ok cool. As soon as I get the car back its still doing the exact same things so I bring it back and they diagnose it more. They didnt even mention the fact I just paid them over 700 for nothing. But then they said I may need a new head gasket kool parts and labor are $2300 since it requires them to remove my engine.hmm i guess it cant be helped so I agree. So after about 7 more days or so if waiting for the repair they then tell me I need a new timing belt and water pump for 160 more. Hmm well I guess Its better safe than sorry so I agree again. So the day I finally get my vehicle back I attempt to drive it back home to LA when I notice a crack in my windshield and my front bumper just keeps falling off which irritated me badly but hey atleast the main problem is fixed right? So hey Ill let it slide and besides Im already gone so its too late to place blame. HOWEVER 20hrs into the drive the car starts smoking so bad from both the engine and the exhaust that I couldnt even see the road so I immediately turned off the ignition and jumped out of the vehicle in fear that it may have been on fire. So i get it towed to a dealership and they say that oil has leaked internally into multiple parts of the car which completely ruined the engine and other parts. And quoted me $6300 in parts not including the labor to repair it. But I never had any problems like this ever. Never had any oil leak the entire time I owned the car.. but now all of a sudden within 24hrs after they took my engine out of my car my oil is flooding my car internally??? I just paid you guys a total of $3400 for absolutely nothing. And all you guys have to say it isnt not your fault? And actually told the dealership to tell me that the turbo failed. When the dealership already said that blowback from engine caused oil to flood the car internally the same engine you guys obviously ruined. The fact that you guys would even tell the guys at the dealership what to tell me sounds shady. Luckily the guys at the dealership were honest people. And let us know that you guys just seemed to be trying to cover your own tracks. However you guys can keep lying and stating it was the turbo even though you guys didnt see the results or damage. 🤔 thats actually crazy that you guys think you can tell me whats wrong with something you havent even looked at regardless of the fact that the dealership is saying you guys clearly screwed up.

I only give 1 star because I have to. I took my mazda 6 there for a clutch. Asked them to throw in the oil sending unit to. THEY broke the housing for the waterpump and told me I had to replace it. Cost me in the end $1,798. My car sat from Aug to oct. Why? Because who has $2,000 almost? Then I FINALLY have no Choice because not having my car is putting a strain on my job and just life so, my husband uses his whole paycheck and we get the car. Upon picking it up he says, it may have a few flat tires..Why? Which it did not. And he said the battery was no good. It was bought in August 2weeks before clutch went out. He attempts at the lowest voltage to charge my battery. Finally he turns it up and it starts. My car sounds TERRIBLE!!! He says it hasnt been started in awhile. I go to leave he moves this van like I havent been driving my own car for 2years. I leave we go from there to napa in godfrey. My car is smoking and the oil light is flashing. I turn the car off we check the oil its a half a cort low. I took a video of the car and what it was doing. The oil light shouldnt of been doing that. My car was weaving all over the steering wasnt right either. Anyways, day two. The long drive to Fairview heights lead us to 64 broke down on the side of the road. Called him and said, you guarantee your work? They sent a tow truck. Upon looking at the car said, you spin a bearing possibly 2. When we got there with the car he had a smirk on his face. He then proceeds to say, was she driving. What does that have to do with ANYTHING? I opt to put my car elsewhere because I just put our family in a severe position now. Not that he cares. His guys broke the waterpump and made us pay it. Im sure in some way my car is where it is because of them. Upon the tow truck getting it he tells them I owe him for looking at the car. MORE MONEY!! AND its got a flat tire on the rear passenger side..The whole two days did not..Now Im really in a position financially. Im a good person. How can you see the joy on someones face and rip it from them. Then to pour salt in the wound he called my husband and told him he found a motor for X amount as if I would let them TOUCH my car again..My children werent even safe in it the way it was weaving. Thanks for stealing from my family.

My wife wanted me to take our care here for service as she has known them for many years, so I did. Asked for an oil change and to check a noise from the front end its been clunking for a while now. Was told it needed new front end parts which I fully expected what I did not expect was the 28.00 fee to road test the car What the heck is that all about all he had to do was look under the car and you could tell the bushings were bad, we already knew for the most part what the trouble was, just trying to gouge us. Well so much for trying to keep money going to local businesses and most of all dealing with a long time acquaintance.
