Never use this office they will cost you tons of money. They are dishonest and miss leading and will set up your insurance incorrectly. They will be dishonest on your policy and refuse to to set up car rental on your policy but with their 3rd party agency who wont reimburse nor provide good costumer service. This company is sweet in person but will cost you in the long run. So for with this accident I am out of 500 for rental because progressive said my rental is not with them. This is money I dont have. When I called this company for the lady who started my contract this company therea said I there is no way to know who started your policy than I said I need to speak with they mislead me, I thought it was all through progressive. Theresa than said I did not miss lead you, I told you it was third party. Ugh!! I thought u said there was no way to know, ugh. Well yes you did Cost Me money I dont have, huh.... just too much.
