Excellent experience, replaced my battery on back on the old Samsung 6 within a hour, only charged $25 as I already purchased the battery and glass back. So well worth it! Great service and price.

Poor customer service and how u fix on phones but don’t fix the back glass on a iPhone never spend your money here

Quick recap:6 trips over 3 days to store. 26 hours without phone. All to replace battery. Staff courteous, charged 1/2 price for work.Details:Day 1. Battery not in stock, inventory was not checked when you made the appointment. Reschedule for next day.Day 2. Left phone at 9:30a, need 45 min to hour for replacement.Back at 11:15a, having trouble getting phone to turn on, need more time.Back at 1:30p, still not able to get phone to turn on. Owner will be back Thur. Will replace if necessary.Day 3. Back at store 9:45a, owner has not had time to check out phone.Back at 11:00a, phone is back on.Next day I discovered my 3.5mm headphone jack doesnt work anymore. Will not be taking phone back.

Quick service on a battery change at a great price. Unfortunately, the new battery does not seem to last any longer than the old battery they replaced.

We bring in an Ipad Mini to get glass fixed, less than a year old and they end up breaking it completely...had to send it somewhere to get fixed..ridiculous. Taken over a month for them to fix it...I would not trust this store.
