Adam is a one man job, but offers the most personal and quality work out there. He is communicative, on time and efficient, while doing a top notch job. Would recommend to anyone wanting some sparkly new feeling windows!

First: his team did a great job cleaning the gutters on our house. (We’re on a hill and the house is tall, so it’s a frightening job to watch.)Just now I contacted Adam about a leak in our roof. What a friendly, helpful visit. He was happy to give us an evaluation and recommendation (at no charge). I appreciate that he was honest about it and said he’d recommend a licensed roofer for the job (and not try to hack his way through it like others might have...)Very affordable. These guys were amazing! They showed up on time and knew what they were doing. The whole team was so professional and polite. They wore booties to keep our floors clean inside, worked diligently and thoroughly the whole time and kept me informed of what they were doing. Our windows and screens were so clean, I had to keep checking to see if they were open or not! Our chandelier looks better than the day it was installed. We also added pressure wash to the whole house and the house looks like new. Not to mention their rates were reasonable.So happy with their service and to have found a permanent vendor to add our home and business services roster!

Excellent, professional service. I always get a quick response from Kirk and have always been very satisfied with his service. I have used him for window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Today he cleaned out my gutter and was able to repair the downspout with ease. He is always very courteous. He uses texting and keeps me posted on his arrival time. I high recommend him.

Ill start by saying weve used Adams services before and were very happy, but hes not a dog person.He came over today to wash the inside and outside of our windows, but before he started I just wanted him to meet my 3 dogs since hed be at the house all day. Anyone who has dogs knows they are excited to meet people and after the first introduction, everything then is calm.So I have a 6 month old puppy Golden Retriever who is naturally excitable. For whatever reason he couldnt stand having a puppy jump up to say Hi, even though I just said turn around and ignore her....but he left and cursed at me. One strangest things Ive experienced in a while. Needless to say we wont be using his services again...thats sad...

BEWARE, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I have used Adam in the past 4 times, Ive even left him a 5 star yelp review years ago in exchange for a discount off my services. (which explains how he has so many 5 star reviews) Today I removed my previous 5 star review because he is so rude and unprofessional.While confirming our appointment, he informed me that he will have to raise his previous price by $100, which I agreed to since I understand its hot outside and its a lot of work. He was scheduled to show up today at 9am. He called me around 8:40am letting me know he is running about 30 minutes late due to traffic, ok cool, life happens. I clear my schedule so I can wait for him to come. He shows up at 10:30am (1.5 hours later, not 30 min), ok cool, I had to push my schedule back more to accommodate him, but its ok, I understand LA traffic.He shows up and tells me that he remembers how my glass fence was hard to clean the first time he came since there were a lot of hard water stains (which he ended up charging me extra for). I informed him that since that first time, weve installed a water softener and also converted our sprinklers near the fence to a drip system. Funny he brought it up since hes cleaned it 3 times since that initial time and have had no complaints. There were however, some smudges of dirt on the glass left by the bears in this area trying to climb onto the fence which I pointed out to him. I told him I dont expect it to be perfect and as long as he tries his best then its fine. He proceeds to tell me that he will pass and just rudely left.I didnt hire a window cleaner to clean my smudge free, spotless, sparkling glass, I hired a window cleaner to clean glass that is dirty and can be quickly cleaned with windex and a squeegee. Apparently, Adam now being so popular, decided that he is too good for jobs that actually require him to work, *GASP* and will only stick to jobs that will require the minimal amount of effort. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and energy on this guy. There are plenty of other hard working respectful people on yelp looking to actually work.

Completely insane provider. I scheduled the appointment two weeks out. He shows up and calls, and it took me 3-4 minutes to get to the door (I have the screenshot, too bad I cant post it) because I have been in bed ill all week. I literally see his van driving off as I open the door. I call and he refuses to pick up, and he texts me and told me he waited and left (3-4 minutes). I text back and ask if he is joking. He is not joking. He literally drove to my house, waited 3-4 minutes, and drove off the job. Most insane experience with a provider Ive ever had.
