Brought 2 blankets and one dress and it cost me over $100 after 3 weeks of waiting.The dress I sent in had pleats and it turned out to be a nightmare. After I already gave them the dress they called me saying they didn’t have the right machines to do the pleats and charged me extra for them (the other option was having them essentially ironed out). When I first went in no one mentioned this being a problem or something they were not equipped to do. But when I got the dress back after 3 weeks the pleats are all messed up. It was like new pleats were even created mid-pleats.I’ve been to cleaners before where they have told me straight up we can’t do XYZ and I was so grateful that they turned down my business so the item didn’t get messed up - I wish this was the case here. I’ve also been to everyday cleaners where they were able to dry clean pleated items so this is a first.I think if you have collared shirts and very basic items this would be a great place as they are very friendly and it seems are equipped to do basic items. Anything other than plain everyday items I would not recommend coming here.I would just never pay over $100 for what I got back. It was not worth it.

Frist time customer today. Picked up cleaning, the cost $70.39 for 5 pieces. My God that is high. Ok my fault for not getting a quote first. No coupons or discount . Be aware!
