I had a water leak in my kitchen and called my insurance right away. Farmers was quick to respond to my request and deployed a restoration company to start to fix the damage done. The insurance adjuster was quick to contact us to start the estimate and in a few days I got the paperwork to back it up. The food adjuster also contacted me to assure me that our food allowance will be covered as well because our kitchen is being redone. And lastly, I was contacted by their contractor to start the renovation process. Why I gave it a four star because the renovation process took a while to take off. But overall the service was really over the top.
