Ive never been there b4, but I would say that its Sams club on steroids and only for restaurants

Took I294 south exit 12b, turn east onto 127th street, get in left lane before you cross Pulaski Rd, entrance off of 127th just past Pulaski on the left.....turn in at the sign, do a hard left, go around the cars, then go over 2 curbs doing a big U turn, into the line of trucks. Office by door 1 next to the yellow stairs.

When I got there it was closing time but they let me in and that made my day I think that store is awesome!!!

Ive been here a few times and the receptionists are always friendly. Theres always someone helping you find what you need, if you ask! Yes, the lines can be long and check out can be time consuming...but overall a good place to shop at.

They have too many pallets outside the store. It’s a mess. Well maybe they sell pallets too

Thanks to this place for holding me up almost 4 hours, Im late to my 2nd drop. 10am appointment, arrived at 0855, out at 1245. Appointment at following drop was 1200, didnt get there till 1320. The 2nd restaurant Depot didnt care about why I was late.

Ask for help on the frozen and the front counter just tell you no one is at the department

That place was packed and hard to find anything. The labels for the products need to be bigger and there should be signs at the entrance to point people in the direction of specific things instead of wasting time walking the entire store just to find 1 thing.

All the staff and everybody knows where everything is and a very friendly and helpful it was excellent

It was a great experience.

I got a 6pm appointment and I was 2 hours early and 3 trucks in front of me. They unload me at 6:50pm. Not bad.

I applied for a cashier position today and all I was greeted with was discrimination of my religion because I asked to not work on Sundays and that having a child basically I wasn’t going to be a good enough worker. I’m glad they are so open and honest about being a toxic work environment so I didn’t waste my time. Corporate will be notified and they will hear an earful about the store manager Bob

Delivered here this am, had a 10am appt and they will not take you any earlier. If you read this, pull into dock off of Pulaski, yes, your going to be driving into the customer parking lot and probably jumping a few curbs. Certainly not semi-truck friendly. Total unload time for 13 pallets.... (will update when their done) in the meantime just enjoying the smell of bacon coming from Eggmans Restaurant across the street. 😞

Truck driver perspective. Guys was awesome: they offloaded me quickly and about 2 hrs earlier than appointment. But places layout is not for highway trucks with sleeper. Tight place crowded with cars and trucks. Truck entrance is from 127th, but because 2 trucks were already at both available docks and one more was waiting in the middle of the yard, there was no room even to wait. I was able to exit via car exit on Pulaski, make a circle and enter via car entrance from Pulaski, which was under construction and coned. So I had to run over curb and lawn, hardly not breaking tree and trailer, then wait blocking cars parking and driveway.

Hit or miss on product availability.If youre nice to the girls behind the desk theyll be nice to you.

If you own a restaurant this is the place for you.

I been shopping her for years i know it’s importance in serving the community but I think whenever you had same manager’s For years things will start go wrong. me and many other colleagues who Shope regularly can see the bad attitude and the negative environment all over the store and many operational issues . My advice, managers need to be retrained on new management skills and rotated not to stay at the same store for long also professional customer service must be improved.Wish u all the best

Since the pandemic they allow you in without an account. Show your ID and sign no returns you can buy item in large quantities and a decent price

From an OTR perspective: People working here are great. Deliveries would be easy if they did them at night. Doing it during the day is one of the worst experiences ever delivering.Store customers kept pulling in behind as we tried backing in. Needed to u turn in a tight lot because the entrance we were told to use was under construction. Big enough for cars, not for trucks. Enough room for 2 OTRs if the place is empty of cars. We had to wait for the second truck to pull out so we could uturn and line up with the dock while cars drove around us. While sitting at the dock 4 other trucks arrived so some had to back into the street to escape.If delivering at night and the entrance was actually open it would be 5 stars. Blocking the parking spots off near the docks would help too.

Very hard to maneuver in the parking lot before 7pm. You can park in the small street just east of the building. Behind restaurant depot is a wide open lot

They need bay attention and more clean and organized when come to meat and faster cashier

Always helpful. Lines can be a little slow but people are purchasing a lot. Usually have what I need. A little cramped in store and today the parking lot was packed, unusual. Its my go-to for supplies.

They unloaded me in about 30 minutes and they even took me four hours before my appointment time the only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because there parking is extremely Limited so can get there early and theres no parking youll have to leave

I asked for help today and the 2 workers was able to help and get me what I needed ( off the very tip top). Way to go Restaurant Depo on Customer Service.

This place is awesome. They have a wide variety of bulk items as well as restaurant supplies. Good stock on everything pertain to a business. Must have a business license to shop here. Just a heads up to everyone. Over a great place and employees very helpful.

Enter dock area from 127 th street. Then make a turn around the car parking area and then very easy to back into the dock. Arrived 6:30 for 8 pm appoinment. Done by 7:30

Truckers will have to back up from blind side because entrance from Pulaski street is closed for big truck only cars allowed .

They got a lot of selections but terrible logistics, its impossible to find the price tag on half the things and check out price has differed from the tag price on multiple occasions

Better unloading experience than any of the other Restaurant Depots (like the locations in the South...)To be Honest, I dont like this company... Most other locations are lazy, slow and Rude... This location was an exception to the rule...Good job!!!They are strict on loading times so heads up

Poor selection compared to the other stores. No basics such as soda water and tonic. Always out of things so has cost me gas and time numerous times. Need to manage inventory better.Manager said he’d provide pricing for items they don’t stock. I spent time to prepare email, followed-up several times, no reply. Poor customer service that is reflected throughout store. Go elsewhere.

Shopping here is a breeze. I usually only come to get get packing trays, but they have so much more. Its easy to navigate once you have been here a few times because this is a huge place. The only bad thing if you art not in line first and those big shoppers are ahead of you.

Love this store. You must own a business to shop here. If youre a great chef, you will want to make this your #1 place.

Appointment 0700 checked in at 0400. Docked at 0445. They rejected the 2 pallets ordered because my trailer was loaded wrong and their stuff wasnt on back. Went back the next morning and was unloaded right off. Only 3 stars because the people arent very nice and the parking lot isnt made for more than a couple trucks.

First time here and the prices was very inexpensive to me. Great items at good prices will go again.

Unloading so long

This place is terrible. From the oversized carts that people cant control to dodging the employees on forklifts. If you survive to check out theres a decent chance youll get in a line with someone who has 100 items and needs most of it looked up.

Parking is terrible for trucks no place to park main problem they have more deliveries than they have parking space very dangerous for a truck driver be very careful in the parking lot in dont hit nothing no matter what Restaurant depot support puts in here because they dont want you to know its dangerous its dangerous and if anybody tells you differently or they write something different its a lie its dangerous

I buy stuff for my bakery, this place would be 5 star but the staff is usually rude and they never want to help, and a lot of things dont have the price on them. I wish they were as little bit more organized.

This place is a one stop shop and the staff will see to your happiness as long as youre there

There is a huge difference between them and the one on division st. As a business owner i never and i mean been to the one on 127th and found everything i need stocked. I believe its always good to let them know that they are not doing what they supposed to be doing like the store on division.
