Very poor service. Ordered pads with the truck. And when we arrived to our destination. There were none. The truck felt like is was going to break down anytime. Very unsafe. Do not come to this place.

About $150 cheaper than my local place to install a hitch. When I called them they had the hitch and wiring kit in stock. I called late afternoon, they got me in the very next morning. They quoted me a price and its the price I payed. They also told me installation would take 4 to 5 hours, I got there at 7am and they were done by 9:45am. Get it done here!!!

Had a new wiring harness put on and I have to take it back at another day somethings wrong no lights on the trailer... I need the pickup truck in emergency

Had my car at this place for a hitch install. They decided to cut a hole in my bumper without authorization and also made a mess of the wiring. Terrible service, went back to get it fixed next morning and was told they werent busy so they let the tech go home. To come back another day.
