If I could give this company a million stars, I absolutely would. While traveling our car broke down just off the highway. A gentleman recommended them and I’m so glad he did. 30 minutes later our tow truck driver arrived and graciously helped us. He quickly loaded the vehicle. Helped us locate a hotel to stay in. He dropped us off. Helped is unload the car. He just went totally above and beyond. It helped this mom with a toddler driving cross country for a funeral feel a little better in the crumbiest of situations. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and compassion, as well as his professionalism and expertise to quickly load our vehicle and help us so much more beyond that. Thank you!

Great experience using this tow company! I was originally going to use the company with my insurance but had to cancel last minute due to long wait. I called B and R and a tow was here in minutes! The driver, Keith, was super helpful and took all covid precautions! Very professional and got the car to where it needed to be safely and quickly. Can not say enough good things about Keith and B and R. Thanks again! Will definitely be referring others when needed.

After calling several tow truck drivers, and having none of them show up, I called B & R and they came in less than 20 minutes! We went to pick up a car on Saturday, the sign says open from 8 to noon. Well this guy John came out and said: we are closed. He was very rude. Then when I explained to him what I wanted he said: oh!!! let me call the boss, then he said the boss says you have to pay cash.So I went back to get some cash. Once I got it I went back to this place and he was leaving. He told me that I have to wait 10 minutes.Then later the owner showed up and he apologized for his employee behavior, however that doesnt change the image of this business.Plus they dont have a written list of their prices, I believe they charge whatever they want. I hope this changes for their own good.All of this said I believed they robed me. And Im going to call the consumer office about this matter.

My wife and I were stuck downtown with our car which could not be driven. We called Midas in Orland Park to have our car towed and they turned us on to B&R. Clay came down to pick us up and he did a terrific job. Very professional and personable. He got us and our car back to Orland where Midas on LaGrange Rd. fixed it and has been fine. Highly recommend both!

I was stranded on Fathers day on 135th and Crawford /Pulaski (the super highway) Google these guys, spoke to Tanya the nicest, customer friendly person. She told me the driver Chris would be there 30 mins, he arrived less then that, very professional and also nice. Great experience with this business. ***** FIVE STAR.

Call this supposed 24hr towing while stranded @ 1:33am and was told no one available to drive the tow trucks till 8am(?) quick suggestion :dont call yourself 24hr service if your truly a 8-5 biz cause your of no damn help!
