The whole experience from A-Z was great. John Landry quickly responded to my general inquiry. We made an account within a couple days, and our documents were picked up as scheduled. All our documents were stored in bankers boxes that were stacked up against the wall and the Shred Authority guys brought their wheeled container and emptied all the contents of our boxes into their one large receptacle. The nice thing about it is that we can recycle the bankers boxes over and over. Their service is quick, reliable, professional, and affordable. Thank you again! This company is the best; I took a large container of documents for shredding - and a gentleman carried it from my car into the office for me. He gave me a good price, but in the end didnt even charge me because the person handling the billing wasnt there!
