I must say this is a very nice nail shop. It was quiet, clean, and had great service. It wasnt like most nail shops that I have been too, when you have the workers sitting in the pedicure chair with their shoes on the bowl. I had to wait about 15 mins because I was a walk-in, but that wasnt a problem at all. Overall this is a great nail and spa shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good nail service.

It has been a year since Ive been to The best nail salon, not because I found another nail salon, but because of the pandemic.Im a very picky person, when I pay for service, I expect that service and nothing less. Nancy and Scott, in my professional opinion do a phenomenal job. The staff is very respectful and pleasant.Nancy and Scott are great when it come to applying your nails. They listen to you and not apply something you did not request and expect for you to pay.There are an assortment of colors and designs to choose from in which they rock at.Thanks guys for making my hands look alive again!

Steer away! The receptionist is very loud, young, obnoxious and rude. She used profanity in front of customers. The actual nail techs I witnessed being very aggressive with the women. If you don’t want to have to call your husband for backup choose a better salon

Definitely wont be getting my nails done again here. Unprofessional, the receptionists were loud and obnoxious.. our nails tech was late by 25 minutes.. making her rush thru our appointments, having to ask her a few times to fix mistakes that she was making.. the polish chipped almost right away that day.. and thats when I noticed a few small bubbles. The young girls that I guess were the receptionists had a kitten in the salon, at one point bringing it to 9ur nail tech, interrupting her and causing a distraction... the place is also full of nail dust, with us being her first customer of the day... meaning the dust had already been sitting there. Definitely wouldnt call it the best nail & spa

I enjoy The Best Nail its like hanging with the family. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. There prices are in comparison to other. They are clean and updated decor. This is for people looking specifically for English speaking people they have multi-ethnic works.

Oh my good this is the best nail spa I ever had the pleasure to experience. Ive been going there for 3and a half years they are so friendly and kind its like a big family. I live quite a ways form them but I love going there because I love the atmosphere, the service is excellent the shop is very clean and very stylish. Its so relaxing, and comfortable, they serve the clients wine, juice, water. The pedicures are awesome, you sit in massage chairs and just relax. No rushing plus the music is off the chain. I love everything about the nail spa in Alsip. This is home to me. You can feel the love and caring from each and every nail technician. Im here to stay. Love yall!❤❤❤

Let’s start by saying I’ve been to quite a few nail shops in my day and never have I came across one that literally tries to make a penny off of everything. Even have a 4% charge for using debit/credit.

I love the plexiglass partitions and properly worn masks by all employees. My service was great from making the appointment until I walked out the door. There was no wait, no rush and I felt like home here! Relaxation, nice conversations through safe partitions and WINE!! Shout out to Ro for the fabulously done pedicure. She got all the crust out, even the janky weird toe lolI love ambience, decor and the warmth of the staff. I cant wait to come again in 2 weeks. I think Ive found my place!

Found this place this morning because I wanted/needed my nails cleaned up. When you walk in there are stairs to take to get upstairs to the salon. I love the setup honestly. The owner is super friendly and makes the time there even more enjoyable. The young man that did my nails was very throughout. Also friendly. Was my first time there but I feel like I’ve been there many times before. Would go back again. Reasonably priced and worth it.

They are friendly in here, but sometimes they can take all day if you don’t have an appointment. They do a good job with mani & pedi. Nice colors. I come here if I want a simple look and i’m in a hurry, but otherwise I get all the fancy designs at my normal salon.

I absolutely loved this spa. My mother and I came in there 20 minutes before they closed and they still let us in for all the stuff that we wanted. They never rushed anything and they were so nice. An older lady did my feet and nails, she was a charm. She was so sweet and held the best conversations. I will definitely be returning.

Wow. I can’t believe I’ve lived almost right next door to this place and have never gone in. I went in for a gel fill in and could not be more impressed. My whole life, every time I have gotten my nails done I could find a mistake afterwords, but not here. Literal perfection. I will be back 😊

Love, love, LOVE their service. Sometimes youre in and out and sometimes ya gotta wait. But, in their defense, theyre so great that they stay busy. Prices are about what other places charge. The pedicures are my fave- so clean and relaxing. The staff is great, professional for the most part. At times, they can get a bit too chatty sometimes that is distracts the relaxation atmosphere. I visit often, about every other month and thankfully not disappointed yet.

My home nail salon. The owner cares about her customers. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere. Nancy the owner is the best! Rolanda and Martha are good at taking care of natural nails! The owner only uses best products.

On short notice I decided to get my nails done. So I went here since they are in the area. Although I got there an hour before closing they still took the time to service me (they made sure my nails were done correctly even after closing hours) and the staff is very nice. I must say I absolutely love my 💅. I will be making an appointment to return back.

Nice and fast

If I could give zero stars I would. I drove 30 minutes instead of going to the salon down the street. But the name Best Nail Spa and a building that looked cool gave me high expectations. The overall experience was a drag. First, when you walk into the building there is a flight of stairs (about 10 steps or so I dont remember) I hate them. I was afraid of slipping on them after my pedicure because of my flip flops were very slippery. But I the design of the building with the stairs is unique. Next, I walked through the door and approached the front desk. Not that age matters but the receptionist looked really young. She continued to text on her cellphone while telling me to sign in. I had questions about the different pedicures, but she seemed really annoyed. I just went with the basic one to save her the inconvenience. Ugh now for the pedicure. Another young lady did my pedicure and that was the worst pedicure experience I ever had. My feet are not small in addition, they are very sensitive. Therefore, I need someone who has a firm grip to keep me from squirming. I dont know why but it seemed like she didnt really want to touch my feet.I take good care of my feet and they were already clean. It was like I was her first client ever! She had tiny hands and her fingers tickled my toes which annoyed me so bad that I almost got up to leave but I didnt want to cause a scene as other clients were there. My opinion is either she was timid and light handed or she didnt want to touch my feet or she was a new worker. Period. I dont know any other way to describe it. I skipped the manicure and just paid for the pedicure and went to H T nail salon next door.

I always have a great experience here. Nancy does a really good job and Im always pleased. My full sets last atleast 3 weeks, my nails do not break or come off at all. Quality service is provided here!

First time there today and bad experience!!! First, the polish I really wanted was all dried out, they put oil in the polish to make it better, that didnt work.Went in for full set and my 9 yr old daughter wanted her nails done also. To make a long story short, they ended up charging me $71!!!!!!!!! Upon me asking questions about my bill, these ignorant Chinese people were very unprofessional and laughed in my face after I had just given them my hard earned money! They are outrageously expensive and for me to have been a first time customer, instead of explaining the prices and throwing me a large bill at the end which was really unfair. I felt like I shouldve been given the prices UP FRONT!!!!! Beware, save your money! Theyll throw on extra fees, laugh in your face, and talk about you in Chinese! I will never return, poor customer service👎👎👎Next day: All the money I spent, rhinestones fell of the very next day smh 😒👊👊

DO NOT GET LASHES HERE... they advertise individual lashes, theyre not they are the clusters and CHARGES 100 for them. That very dam day they were falling out. Called at 9am after that to try to get them refilled because they were coming out so fast, said theyd call back. They Called back at 2pm to see if i could get there in 30 minutes because the lady was leaving before 4. WTF. how can someone plan around that with 30 minutes notice.... spent 100 dollars and they all will have fallen out before a full 7 days.

On Oct 17th I stopped in and had a no chip manicure done. My first impression of this place was great the decor was nice/ had a large selection of colors. The lady that did my manicure soaked off/used acetone to remove the old polish but didnt wait long enough for the acetone to break down the old polish she started to file it off. When it was time to soak my nails she didnt add anything to the water/apply cuticle solution to my nail beds. The finish results looked acceptable until my nails started to chip Saturday/ two days later, initially it didnt bother me anybody can make a mistake. They were closed on Sunday so I went Monday morning/Columbus Day around 1015 a.m, had to wait 20 minutes because only 2 nail tech were there/with clients... website states they open @ 9 a.m. I believe the guy by the name of Scott arrived around 1035ish/fixed my nails needless to say the nails he fixed chipped again and today is Wednesday

I promise, I looked up reviews before going to Best Nail and Spa. The receptionist was polite and attentive but my nails look like a horror movie. I asked for a dip service. My nails are so wavy you will get sea sick, far from a smooth natural look. My nails are so thick 🤬🤬🤬 I normally go to Velvet Nails but they were booked, I shouldve waited the next day when they had an opening. Velvet Nails doesnt disappoint no matter who does your nails. I hate to pay another 40 dollars but I am going to keep my appointment at Velvet Nails for today and get my nails redone. Lesson learned.

Got there at 7pm. Waited 23 minutes to even be acknowledged. I asked for fill in and pedi then they tell me they can only do one because of the time. Horrible customer service. Ill never be back and I was a regular going every 2 weeks!!EDIT:I went again and got no chip only 2 days later all the paint was chipping. In 7 days I went back 4 times to get chips fixed!! The owner said sorry not sorry. Its the brand causing it. Told her I wanted different color or refund and she said no!! Ill be calling BBB!

The work they do is great (especially Joe) but the amount of time u wait is ridiculous. I don’t understand the point of making an appointment when you still wait for over an hour. 3rd time coming and every time I’m waiting for over a hours just to be seen. Might have to find a new spot because this is getting out of hand.

Waited over an hour for a simple color change. She left half of the old color on which was very noticeable AND the white in the French manicure isnt even at all. Now Ill be hiding my hands at the wedding. Uggg! Oh and they didnt have my nails under the lights long enough for the no chip. They were sticky for days!!

The customer service here is horrible. I was suppose to get a manicure and pedicure. I received a pedicure, it was ok. Afterwards they sat me in the waiting area for an hour and never came back to check on me, I finally decided to just pay for the pedicure and leave. I will never go back

I had an awful experience. first off they close at 8 o clock but start to lock the door at like 640pm so people cant come in anymore; I felt like no one wanted to work today or like my presence was bothering them. The only reason i like this place is because they have an older lady which i havent seen in a while and she does the best pedicures. I felt very rushed. Honestly idk if ill be coming back.

Ive been coming here with my mother and sister since its been open. The location is perfect for any South Side/ Alsip resident. Great customer service whether it be right at opening or right before closing. Ive gotten everything from a regular manicure to a full set no chip. I refuse to go to anywhere else to get my eyebrows done (even though I now stay on the North Side). It does get quite crowded before a holiday and on the weekends, but the staff is professional enough to get everyones service completed. The salon is clean and well kept. Theres only been a couple of incidents where they were short staffed (vacation, called off, etc.) But service ran as usual. I can say as someone with sensitive skin, I have NEVER broken out after a wax. Ive noticed a couple of reviews mention not being acknowledged, and I can say with all honesty Ive been greeted everytime Ive come in. Overall this salon might not seem like much from Pulaski, but its worth the visit once you step inside 😊

TERRIBLE service. Went for a fill in cut down. Waited for the nail tech to get there.. when she did she was rude, and I anytime I mentioned something about my nails she looked annoyed I was interrupting her conversation w the over techs. Dirty work station, one nail needed a repair so I just asked for it to match the others... Not even close. Way shorter and thicker than all the others. I had high hopes but only nice thing about the place is the girl at the front desk.

This was my first time visitor at the nail shop.I made it there at 6pm on a Thursday waited 2 hours for pedi the lady started to do my eet and stop and move to the next lady so the other nail tech trying to tell her why she move no English so the nail tech let owner now she did nothing.I left at 9:45 that night.wait I paid 65 dollars for NO CHIP and my nail polish have peel off my entire nails.I WILL NEVER RETURN......I hope the owner fix there process of their set up and service......
