Excellent customer service! Me and my buddy went in to check on dry aged steak and the owner personally explained how dry aging works and how it is an acquired taste. He recommended for us to try it first from a restaurant then decide if we want to have one done. Ive tried their regular steaks several times and boy are they special! Thats why I keep on coming back. Sincere service and no rip off. Just high quality for everything.

Just call ahead for certain desired cuts. Just know theres a reason so many restaurants use this butcher shop.

Wow I love this place. I have never been there myself. My husband always picks up our orders, and I sometimes get delivery. If you want the best quality in beef, pork, chicken, fish, etc., they have it all. The price is worth trying if you have not tried. I did not know it existed until a friend told me about it, and she lives west of Chicago, and I am less than 10 minutes a way. If you are having a party or just cooking a meal for your family, this is the place to stock up. Its worth every dollar!

Very small mom and pop meat shop. Sleeper and 53 foot trailer, is impossible but 0530 appointment and having staff to block the roadway is the only way you will successfully get out of the parking lot. They unload by hand no dock to bump, the boys are super fast unloading tho

Been buying meat here for years. This is the place to go for bulk large pieces of meat. Ribeyes,filets, briskets,Tbones, Porterhouse great selection. 2 whole filets. $100 a piece. I already know my meal will be a success. I love this local place. The brand of hotdogs they sell are unbelievable on the grill.

I needed buy a pork belly for a porchetta. Every store I went to had pork belly with no skin so I call this place and they said that they would have it for me tomorrow. I arrived and it was there as they said. I asked a question about how to prepare a porchetta they pointed me to a pork loin which was very beautiful and they told me how to cut it in order to have it fit the belly I bought both items plus andoulli sausage just because and everything was reasonable. They were very helpful they brought everything to the car I didnt have to lift a thing. I will be going back. These people were absolutely wonderful.

This is quality meat that is delivered to restaurants. Ribs are outstanding and so are the pork chops and Eisenberg hot dogs. Burgers are also great if youre having a large party. I have been going here for years and never had anything that was just ok.
