Use to be nice place to park your truck and have some repairs in the shop.But not anymore!Last year this place become very low level parking and shop.Winter time they clean but not when they have to.It may take a week untill they start cleaning the snow.The shop is diferent story.Its like they dont want your money and they dont care.Last year i left my truck 3 times for oil change and they didant do evan 1 on time.Lets say i am droping the truck monday for oil changeand sup to be ready next day but that never happend.And they never give you a call to let u know its not done!!!!!So if u want your truck to stay in the shop for repair which takes 3or 4 hours for 3or 4 days go ahead and deop your truck there.Stay away truckers watse of time and money!!!!!

This is very good company where you can to work where you can have good job and makea money company with a lot options like local driver, over the road driver, wearhouse, like forklift driver, mechanic with a flexible hours and whats most important they tread you with respect and dignity you are not only number you are family i been working for this conp6 over 2 years and am only regrets why i didnt start working for them urlier!!

One of their drivers literally almost killed us on the highway in Austin, TX. Had our driver not slammed in their breaks, the truck driver most likely would have killed us. Hire better drivers. This is a really poor decision of a hire on the companys part. Unfortunately we cannot file a complaint tonight as the company is closed. However we will be calling first thing in the morning.

Right from the start at a check in gate. I didnt hear what the gentleman on the microphone speaker was referring too (Poor Communication) while your truck is running. He started yelling and using improper language. Really unprofessional.

This broker called and offered a load that we need to pick up in NJ with appointment set for 11am and deliver it to CT at 7am next day. My driver went to the shipper and they had power outage. We stayed there for a couple of hours and still nothing. I called the broker to get an update and they kept saying that they have few trucks and they will all get loaded and we need to be patient. Hours passed and they still didnt start to load my driver but we stayed professional and patient as the broker asked us to. After 7 hours of waiting at 6pm the broker emailed that the shipper doesnt feel like we can make the 7am app next day on 250 miles load and they decided to cancel the shipment leaving my driver with no load late afternoon. I asked them to pay for the lost day but per their company policy they only paid $150 TONU and they didnt care that my driver lost his day and missed on the dedicated lane he was supposed to pick up and CT.

Three days ago I pay almost 6500 dollars to replays the cluch that was nothing wrong with it and trunsmition repar. they even didnt do road test before they tolld me the clach was bad they jus replays it for no reasen the problem on the truck didnt fix even after i send it back for second time. the menager told me this is normal for this tip of truck after i pay 6500 dollars of cores i put 4 new tires and oil change on it and anual inspection and some ather smoll repairs.I dont recomand anybody that dont know somebody there to go for repair or service.

We booked a load with Chris Boone from Memphis to MI for $1900.Rate confirmation was saying that the weight of the load is 31000 lbs.shipper loaded us with 45000 lbs. we wanted to get unloaded at the shipper because drivers truck can not haul that weight but Chis begged us to stay on a load. because of the weight our truck broke down. when we finally delivered the load Chris deducted the $500 because we were late for the delivery even though he knew that the truck is at the shop. plz stay away. Cant say anything about other brokers at that company but Chris is nothing but liar.

This a review is of a local driver for people looking to become local drivers with this company. I started working in early December 2020 my first 2 days on the job I worked 16 & 17 hours respectively. Every month you will be asked to go OTR 3 to 4 times, when you do that you wont be paid hourly as you would driving local, they switch you to 50 cents/mile which is less than what you would make if youd stayed and worked local. The reason why I quit: I was given a load to WI about 4.5 hours away from base, clutch started acting out on the way there, once I got there and unloaded clutch was completely gone, I couldnt start the truck without a clutch. Temperature was 32 that day. I told my dispatcher, I expected them to call around and send me a local tow truck to a mechanic or back to base, but NO. They have a truck dedicated with a wrecker boom that they attach whenever they need to tow a driver. They way these geniuses work is whenever a driver breaks down, they attach the wrecker to the truck and tow a random empty truck they have and go to the driver that broke down, switch trucks and everyone is on their way, no matter where you break down whether its in California, Florida or Chicago you can expect the same driver to bring you a random truck to switch out with you. Anyway, the tow driver was in south bend, IN when I broke down, so I had to wait 12 hours for him to bring a truck out to me and when he did he brought me the worst truck in the whole fleet, we switched truck and I connected to my trailer and started heading back, after one hour the regen sign appeared on the dash so I stopped and did a regen, I continued driving after 20 minutes the regen showed up again so I stopped again and did a second regen, I started driving again and after 5 min regen showed up a 3rd time then the check engine light then the stop engine light then the truck stalled in the middle of the highway while doing 65mph. After a terrifying few minutes, I was able to pull over to the shoulder and called dispatch, they told me the tow was on his way to tow a driver in Georgia but they were going to call him to turn around and come for me. The second time the tow driver took 16 hours to reach me. We switched trucks, the 3rd truck had some weird and really loud knocking sound coming from the engine but I didnt care as long as it can drive.. I headed home and told the dispatcher to give me a brand new truck like they give OTR drivers. He said the only has 1 truck available and its the one thats plagued with Regen issues that broke down with me. I am still waiting on them to have a decent truck for me...

Beware costumers your load will be doubled stacked, damaged and missing and Late avoid this company if you want to get your stuff on time.This company is Very slow does a lot of stops your load is going to be with two different loads I even proof.They changed the original rivets on the lock and that’s on all of there trailers even the reefers. One “lady” pu the phone and start screech « listen listen listen who gave you this number?» I try ask simple questions with who I can speak? But she was so rude and continued “listen, listen, listen....”Are you guys kidding me?If I can I will rate you with minus five star.

We did a load with Experior Global, as a common authority carrier. They sold us a load that was supposedly an easy pick and easy delivery. That is precisely how the load was sold to us. The shipper was FCFS and we had a confirmed appointment at the receiver two days later.Upon arrival at the receiver, at the allotted appointment time the receiver refused to unload us as there had supposedly been a mix-up and there was no appointment for us that particular day. At this point we told the Experior our issue and asked them to help.Experior Global did not pick up after 4-5 hours. They did not respond to any of our emails. Our saving grace was having a terminal yard and space for storage. We instructed them via email that the load would go back to the terminal and whenever they settled with the receiver we would assign a driver and deliver the load accordingly. After that they finally reached out to us.Their solution was an early appointment for the next day and compensation for that time. We did as instructed and delivered the next day on time. We sent them the POD. We have done everything on our end, yet are still waiting for compensation, either in the form of a TONU or detention. We are not getting any response from them, either through phone/email.Would not recommend working with this broker. Very slow to get anything done, do not carry out on their promises and seem to have a general disinterest in a carrier’s situation while hauling a load for them. Not ideal as we are transporting very valuable cargo, that someone cares about greatly and becomes a carrier’s liability. Avoid at all costs.

The vice president Michael Scialabba instructs all driver managers to treat drivers like total garbage. Thats why they have 100s of empty trucks with no drivers. Come work here if you enjoy being treated like trash. The owner from Poland is an idiot also

I have called the HR department for info on new driver hire. They transfer my call to a recruiter.The guy was totally out of touch with reality. When asked about terms and conditions of a 1099 contract for an Independent Contractor, because thats what you are on 1099, he was scrambling to explain the opposite of that term. When asked about IN RIGHTING CONTRACT with all of the terms and conditions, he replied that EXPERIOR dosent provide such of documentation. All they will have are the classic safety obligations for the driver with ZERO responsibility from the company.Final conclusion: there is a reason why they have over 100 new trucks seating on their yard.A message for the ownership of this company:Have your company staff updated with the US Department of Labor Laws. Verbal agreements are not of 21 century.

Normally Polish owned trucking companies are difficult to work for as a U.S. born citizen. It appears as though extreme arrogance is the norm. Maybe because of their past reputation within the States. It is a shame. They do have a good looking fleet, nice facility and suburban location. All of that means nothing to an experienced driver when coupled with lies about pay, expectations to break laws and disrespectful behavior. Misery loves company so they say. Always do what you always did, youll always get what you always got!

Bought a truck from them, after just 2 weeks and less than 5000 miles i had issues with the truck, got a check engine light on! They wouldn’t even pick up the phone from the sales guy to the shop manager! My company also called... they just dont care! They did some amazing cover up work on the truck so they will sell it.

This place is suck .... 2 days for clutch adjustment. When I pick up the truck they didnt nothing,feel clutch like before and I ask to themThe clutch look good no need adjustment... If I Cant engaged gear when I stop or reverse

Our experience with this shop was horrible. First of all they work very slow. Secondly they never fixed our problem even we was fully charged for service. When I called back to discuss this matter they put me on hold for about 10 min and then they said that will call right back. Of course they never called much more after that they never answered on my phone calls.If I could put them 0 stars I will definitely do it. They are not as good as we expected.Hope this review will help others.

I worked for them for more than 6 months as a local driver.. First of all I wanna say they started me as $19 per hour.. Chris promised me $1,000 bonus but after a month he said.. That bonus is only for over the road drivers.. First lie.. Yeah they give really nice truck but thats about it.. First day on the job I worked there 20hrs!! Dispatchers like everywhere good and bad.. But hours where really crazy.. Sometimes I came to work and there was nothing to do.. So they were sending me home.. And sometimes they were pushing above even legal time to be working.. And once every weeks I had do go regional like for example MI and they pay was like per mile less than, 40cpm.. Common who pays like this?? Maybe 10 years ago.. After that I had fight with the owner Tom.. Because I didnt want to go to Ohio.. Working all day on local.. And going after that without having at least 6-8 hrs of break.. And legally I suppose have 10.. So he gave me a day off to punish me.. And after second time it happened the same situation I found a different job and GAVE THEM TWO WEEKS NOTICE.. on Monday.. And guess what next day owner told me they dont need me anymore.. And I said to him laughing all the way. FINE I got another job.. And leaving THEM with a big smile on my FACE

This is several companies polmax is the largest here. I deal with a smaller company at this location EMR Express very professional staff never any problems with settlements. If youre a local O/O this place has the cheapest priced diesel in Illinois they also have a scale and a full mechanical shop. They sell diesel to everyone and the shop is for everyone
