I applied with the company on the word of a friend who works there that said they were hiring. When I came in and completed the application along with a copy of my resume, I waited 40 minutes to talk with the manager for the office. He talked with me for not even twenty minutes, more concerned with who referred me then my qualifications. They told me they had many clients and I mentioned I was willing to travel because I have a car Never heard back, and every time I called to follow up I either didnt get through, or was told they wee not in.

Horrible experience and im not even a employee but i had a interview with mr alvarez the recruiting manager 2 days in a row he never showed up and the last time i came i was the for a 1 hour and 30 minutes and thats unprofessional i wasted my gas and prayers butjust imagine how they treat their employees

They dont care about their employees period they screw you over in your hours check work ext. And staff are very rude

You give them all and they dont take care of you good company but lacks personal to run a better atmosphere in the company. Its missing leadership.

My time with these people have been outragous they dont care about the employee,they expect you to give them everything when they give u nothing, ive been working for them for 5 years i asked for a raised for the time and the owner told me no,they have a circle of members if those circle members want some hrs they fire or send u somewhere else (taking your hrs away for themselves), i have a black friend who tells me there also discriminating on certain things like company cars and such that if your black or mexican your only a slave to these people no raises no acknowledgment i recommend if looking for job dont seek cardinal, they told me 10 dollars an hr but when my check came im only getting 9, i ask for a company car got one quick but when my black friend asked who has a clean driving record they told him no,this is clearly a prejudice company who only care about the money you make them and not you, look somewhere else there no security or even a reason to waste your time. dealing with this evil company.

Spoke to one of the representative about cleaning services for our building. The representative was not even interested in getting back to us with the estimate.
