Slow

The secretary here has a major attitude problem, she was very rude due to a misunderstanding on the pickup time and made it sound like I was creating a hassle for her by placing an order and generating business. Heard her say she would start locking the door as I was leaving. Bob on the other hand was extremely polite and professional, he took care of it right away. Thank you Bob, for salvaging what would have otherwise been an awful transaction.
