We have been using them to service our printers for about 10 years. They are quick to come out when I call and always get our machines up and running. What I really like the most is that they usually have whatever they need with them and dont have to come out twice for the same problem. Very friendly people.

The owners response below is NOT factual. I called him again 7 months after the purchase and the clicking was going on from the very beginning. He OFFERED to send me the part and then reneged when I accepted.Beware of this company. they dont seem to operate ethically. Here is my experience: I purchased a printer from them through eBay. They did not send me the printer that was described in the eBay listing. I immediately emailed them and also told them that the printer they sent me made a clicking sound. The clicking sound was not addressed, but they didnt want to exchange printers and offered me a toner cartridge to keep the clicking printer. I relented. The printer failed and the clicking sound was the reason. It was a defective fuser film sleeve that was deteriorating and making that sound as the drum rotated.Josh Brown has denied, obfuscated and now has become non-responsive. He refuses to view a video of the defective fuser. He promised to send me a replacement fuser assembly and has now even reneged on that.This company is not trustworthy! All calls go straight to voicemail and they don’t return messages, plus they won’t respond to emails.

I have purchased a number of HP CM6040 printers from this company and almost all of them have arrived damaged. Midwest resolved the issues on the first two machines fairly quickly. Those two machines arrived with toners as well. As we requested. So I was inclined to order more from them.Two of the last 3 machines we ordered arrived damaged AND the machines did not arrive with toner and drums as requested. So we couldnt even test them until we got the toner and the drums. When we brought this to their attention they said they could send us one set of toner and drums only. We ordered these on March 28th and we are still trying to get things resolved as of this posting May 17th.We repaired one of the machines. Their solution to repair the other was to charge us for a new finisher and ship it freight. Now they want us to pay for freight to ship them back the old broken finisher before we will get credit for the new one they made us purchase.Please be very wary of making a purchase from this company. Your purchase could turn into a money pit.
