Called & asked if they could help with an issue & immediately hung up. Horrible business to contact, unprofessional & carless. Last place you’d want to be fixing anything. Many better options around.

Joe did a wonderful job working on our home computer. It took him less than two days to fix our computer (he received it late on a SAT night and was finished by MON morning). It now runs better than it ever has! His rates for the services provided were reasonable and much less expensive than the chain computer and repair shops. We personally attempted to wipe clean our laptop hard drive, after 48 hours we were unsuccessful. My husband shopped around for a service shop but failed to find a professional that did not overcharge. This said, we finally found Joe on February 18, 2014. After talking with him on the phone we found he was the most reasonably priced and offered us same day service. Joe was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He explained to us what needed to be done based on his initial assessment and estimated a time he would have it completed.
