I’ve been doing business with Al’s limo for over 5 years and I can say there is no one else I will ever call. I began using Al for airport shuttles and was so pleased with his equipment and drivers I began to inquire about his other options. I’ve used his party buses for concerts and parties, his stretches for nights on the town and his SUV’s for the family vacation airport runs. I’ve also referred him to many friends for weddings & quincenera’s (sweet 16’s) and have never had anyone say anything but praise for his service.

Customer service by far the poorest I’ve ever had to deal with. AlI hope you “don’t take this the wrong way” but denying service to an eager group of paying customers because you believe a particular suburb might be too close to the “west side” sounds to be very discriminatory and also very insulting that my group would put ourselves or the driver in any type of danger. I would recommend walking before calling on Al’s platinum limousine service to take you anywhere.

Wonderful experience! Al provided the limo for our bridal party and a shuttle between our reception and hotel. The vehicles were on time, clean, and the drivers were great.

Excellent limo service, on time, and VERY accommodating. We missed our return flight home and they still were able to be there promptly when our later flight arrived. We will for sure be using in the future.

We booked Als services almost a year ago for my daughters October wedding. I knew wed need a big party bus and wanted to get one that was top notch - and with it being the busiest month of the year for weddings I know theyd book up fast! During that time, wed touch base and make sure all was still on track. Al was always super fast to respond and reassured me many times that everything was going to be ok.The day of the wedding (Oct 14 - the wettest day in the history of Chicago) he arrived early to pick up the guys. Guess what - the guys were late, leaving poor Al to hustle them to the church and then back to get us with much less time that plan. He handled everything like a pro and delivered up with at least 6 minutes to spare! LOL.At every stop, he was first out with his large umbrella. He helped everyone on and off the bus, loaded our tremendous amount of stuff (rain gear, props, coolers, food and 26 people with all their items) and then at the end helped us unload it. Even when we were running late - which seemed to be a reoccuring thing throughout the day - he was calm and professional (as opposed to me) in helping everyone get to where they needed to be.Al worked super hard to keep everyone happy and dry! We loved working with him and would recommend his company to everyone.

Called up Als limo service to book limo for a family event, talked and e-mailed them twice.I was sent a confirmation e-mail and thought everything was set. As the family showed up to wait for the limo that was suppose to arrive at 4pm on the 11th Of July the time was getting past 4pm and no limo.Called Alls Platinum limo and he told me I hadnt confirmed my comformation and that he didnt even have a limo in our area, then proceeded to tell me he would make some calls to see what he could possibly do AND NEVER CALLED BACK...Needless to say we were very late arriving to our event that was 1 1/2 hrs away...This company should not be in business and I would advise anyone not to deal with company they are not reliable .

My experience with Als limosuine was nothing short of perfection! It was a rainy day, and they stopped at nothing to make sure myself and the bridal party stayed dry! The driver got out of the car at every stop to hold an umbrella over me. It was so helpful! He was constantly in tune to the needs of the bus and helped make our day as incredible as it was. The party bus was beautoful, had so much room for us and storage, the lights were so fun to dance to and the sound system kept the party going all day long! Thank you so much Als limosine!!!

Terrible customer service. Limo bus was dirty, and the driver looked like he just got out of bed. Stay away!!!
