Helpful and easy to use, I have heard nothing but good things thus far about this application! All of our sales staff seem to really like it, and I find the website very useful and intuitive. There is no lack of communication, and the staff at Contact At Once work to make sure that everyone is well informed about new opportunities and changes. Not only that, but it certainly seems to offer better and more effective communication with customers! I am very interested to see what improvements it makes in customer interaction here.

Customer service is great! The product is very easy to use and install. I am a manager at a high volume store, and this helps customers connect in a more immediate way to help with their answers. The only negative is that I wish in-person training was available. The online courses are great, but it is not the same as having someone be there to train new and existing reps.

Excellent software for a car dealership. The desktop and mobile apps make it easy to stay in touch with customers. Being able to reach out and speak with someone while they are still actively searching on your website is priceless. Once youre setup with them, the service is excellent if you have any issues or need further training.

Contact at Once is one of the easiest chat providers for automotive websites. We are easily able to customize our presence on the website and it is a very popular feature with our customers. We average 70% Service and Parts, so if you are looking to increase your penetration in the service drive, you need this, especially if you have a service bdc. It has also been a great tool for sales customers as they are shopping to inquire about details and to confirm availability. Our used car department has had an increase in close rate from online chat since moving from our previous chat provider to Contact at Once. The only challenge I have is the dealer portal is a little cumbersome to me, but we get by and the results are worth it!

This is a great option to reach customers and to provide a informal communication in a relaxed environment for customers. You have access to what they are checking out and the tech savvy customers are quicker and easier to communicate with through internet chat and text. My biggest problem is when they are using the chat function on their mobile phone and then they back out of the app and lose connection immediately. Many customers may not realize this is what happens.

Using Contact at Once helps to diverse the channels through which customers can make contact, a very welcome addition to any webpage dealing with customers in general. If used properly, it can be much faster and more informative to customers than e-mail and that makes sales easier and more productive. Contact at Once can also help increase overall customer satisfaction because of a more personalized way of communication. I myself do not like making purchases over a phone call and getting extra information by e-mail can sometimes take ages, so I always use the chat option when available. Keep up the good work!

This is a great tool for connecting with customers via text. It is a non-threatening way for them to get the information they need without worrying about being exposed to high pressure sales techniques.As far as business, this lets me build rapport with the customer and connect with them 24/7 and more importantly, in a mobile fashion so I can multi-task.

I am the Internet Sales Manager for a busy Auto Dealership, and we/I use Contact at Once to be accessible to customers at any time and via chat, web, mobile, etc. Rolling Contact at Once out to our staff was a breeze because the user console is so intuitive and easy to use. If you dont have the staff to allow for a 24/7 chat presence, fully managed and co-managed programs are available too.We were so impressed with Contact at Once that we recently ditched our other chat platform and consolidated our services with CaO... and were glad we did it!

We have sincerely enjoyed Contact-At-Once. The first month we signed up with them, we had 6 new sales just from CAO leads alone. For a store that sells about 70 cars, thats a pretty good start for a new vendor. Since then, we have experienced several opportunities. I sell mostly to out of state customers. Lots of them tell me they have more time to chat a question than they do call or email. Most of my clients work in nosily environments making phone calls very hard to hear chat has helped me sell a large percentage of customers.With most everyone texting each other allowing me to have more one on one time with clients. Most of them feel more at comfortable texting. With chatting and texting, I can get clients the information they want into their hands within seconds. Keeping them engaged and informed. Clients do not take to time to call back or email but text is right away most of the time. It is easier to and quicker to answer client’s questions is working with “Contact At Once”. If you are not using “Contact At Once” you are leaving clients out there for someone else to sell.
