I think the pros are GREAT. My house looks clean smells good very friendly. What I dont like is the new Manager Alena she seems to not know anything I ask. Forgets to call back. She seems lost.Complains onhow the owner got her doing to much work.Please get a new Manager with experience!!

She follows instructions well. I’m particular about how my beds are made and she did them perfectly last time, even though she’s new to coming to my home. This was a first time cleaning for me and Maid Pros came recommended to me by a neighbor. The ladies did a good job, but did an excellent job by the time their Supervisor, Rosa, came behind them to check on their work. Rosa was very through in her check and had them correct things she found to not be up to Maid Pros standards. The ladies who did the work were very polite and eager to please. I will recommend them to friends and continue using their services. The service is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and I am pleased.

The franchise manager is an amazing professional lady, and is being taken advantage by some of her managers!

BEWARE! This company is suspect in their ability to clean homes that have nicer finishes. We only had them at our home once before the next time coming, the manager and team who had been given try specific instructions for how to clean our oil treated reclaimed heart of pine floors, decided to take a short cut and ruin the oil finish. They used poly treated floor spray and the wrong mop and basically stripped our newly oil finished floors of their oil and sheen. We had just spent 16,000 dollars on our entire home flooring. Now we face over 3,000 in damages and MaidPro led us through a bogus claims process in where they did not even come to review the damage and then made a fake decision on our claim. You guessed it...denied the claim.

I hired Maid Pro to clean my home in August of 2017. When they showed up, they refused to clean the house because there were a few things on the counter. They also alleged that there was dog urine on the floor when there was not. When I spoke with Rosa at Maid Pro about this, she didnt care. She wouldnt tell me where this alleged dog urine was. There was water on the ground, not urine. She was unprofessional and unconcerned. It is my opinion that the maids were lazy and did not feel like working. Dont call Maid Pro unless you want them to show up, not do any work, and then leave.

After having used another cleaning service for many years, I did my research, read the reviews and decided on trying out MaidPro, as it served our location in Alpharetta. I am very particular about my home, my nick nacks, office and bathrooms, so since I needed to work from home the day of my cleaning, I got to see the girls at work.Cindy and Markida were extremely professional, personable, understood exactly what areas I would take care of myself and were very easy to talk to.They asked questions as they cleaned certain areas and went to work. Quite honestly, compared to the cleaning service I had used in Gwinnett County for years, these two remarkable young ladies blew me away with their attention to detail and pointing things out to me.I would HIGHLY recommend MaidPro to anyone, friends and family included. They are extremely conscientious and listened to a few things I shared about safety issues in the home. Where do I start...called and got the owner who cannot speak english and thought i reached a call center in another country. But i stuck with it because of google reviews. My MISTAKE! Not only did they over charge my credit card by $75 for some promo they spoke about, but the girls that showed up were thugs and all tatooed up. I was concerned but let them clean. End result... bad house cleaning, alot of thing missed, overcharged, lied to and I am pretty sure I was speaking with someone who claimed to be the owner but was in another country. I would suggest using Handy, Thumbtack or Takl. They did a great job for me at half of the price.

Maid Pro and I have been working together to keep my home clean for over a year. I find the staff pleasant and always trying to make sure that I am satisfied with my clean. I am a pet owner which means I need extra effort made to keep on top of things. I have found that the ladies do have different degrees of clean so I have requested one particular lady be sent to clean my home every two weeks, which has worked out perfectly. The service is a bit pricey but it is well worth it to me because I am getting my home cleaned as I would do it. It gives me time to concentrate on other things, for which I am very thankful. Keep up the good work guys! From one who is very hard to please :0)

Do not hire this company! I had the worst non-cleaning experience ever. Before hiring this company, I spoke with the woman in charge for 20 minutes going in detail about the services I had previously used. She gave assurances this would not be the case with Maid No Pro. Furthermore, I was told the price would be $95.00. They charged my credit card $190.00. Do not give them your credit card over the phone. I could go on and on, but I think you get the message.

This place goes thru employees and while there on a day of training they were talking about how they are getting sued. :(
