Had a hydro facial today, and all I have to say is WOW! The entire experience from A-Z was the best Ive ever had. The office is beautiful and very relaxing, the staff is really friendly and helpful. And Kira that performed my service was an ANGEL. Shes super sweet and funny, explained everything to me as she went, made sure I was comfortable and literally took years off my face during this treatment! The treatment itself was very therapeutic, which was a great surprise and treat for me. I was also very pleasantly surprised that this treatment helped divert my creeping migraine. It didnt hurt at all and actually to me felt like having a deep tissue massage for my face, which hit all my pain areas with my migraine - gave me GREAT relief. So what I really got today was a relaxing, comfortable deep tissue massage from a highly experienced professional, that made my skin look younger at the same time. TOTAL win. I will be back for sure, and recommending to all my friends and family as well! Thanks for everything Kira and Nouveau!

I had a wonderful experience at the Nouveau Clinic! The staff kept in touch with me before and after my appointment, which made me fully taken care of and prepared. I do like this clinic but I think their 48 hour rescheduling fee is ridiculous. I tried to reschedule the day before my appointment and was asked if they should email me the $45 receipt for their late rescheduling charge.As a business owner I do understand that they cannot allow people to reschedule same day. That’s fair. Most businesses happily accept a 24 hour notice, but Nouveau wouldn’t. They were firm, I was given no opportunity to explain why I needed to reschedule.If anyone from Nouveau is reading this - sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Because of an ER visit earlier in the week, my son had to go to a follow up specialist doctor appointment on the same day of my Nouveau appointment, which is why I needed to reschedule.Because they gave me no option other than the $45 fee to reschedule, I kept the appointment with Nouveau but then needed to move the doctor’s appointment around to accommodate them.I did not appreciate being put in that position because then we couldn’t see our regular doctor. Businesses who value their clients, don’t put them in awkward positions.

Evie was wonderful. It took a long time to get up the courage to have this procedure. Evie has lived up to and surpassed her excellent reputation! She was approachable, patient and made every effort to insure my satisfaction.

Buyer Beware! so i bouught a goupon for micro needling/radiofrequency. $300+ I have had micro needling before and loved the results. I usually pay around 400 but this was micro plus radiofrequency so thought i was getting a deal....NO I guess the RF is in the tip of the micropen so it is just one treatment not two as they have you believe in groupon. i had the setting so low that i barely felt the needle and i was not red at all after. Usually even with numbing cream it is a little uncomfortable and you can feel the heat. And afterward you look like you have sunburn. I had nothing....$300 down the tube. Basically i pad 300 for lidocaine. Will not go back! Now i need to go get a legit microneedling treatment.

This was my second visit to the Nouveau Clinic as this was just a follow up to having my eye brows done from three (3) years ago. Upon entering the facility the atmosphere was firmly set, the lighting and music set the tone as warm and inviting. There was minimal waiting before being taken back to a room to start the process. I initially had my brows done because with age they were actually disappearing and not being one that could pencil in a straight line I thought this would be my best option. This review is for those that are interested in the the TV offer Nouveau offers on Atl & Co from time to time. I had a difficult time finding reviews for the Gentle Lift experience so I wanted to leave my own for those that are interested in this treatment. Things to note. The treatment is a PRE-PAID, NON-REFUNDABLE $88 that is supposed to include a consult, thermage anti-aging treatment, micro-current muscle toning PLUS 3 free bonuses of a LED red light therapy, collagen eye infusion, & collagen facial mask. I did not receive the LED red light therapy or the collagen eye infusion, not sure why. Its important to note the non-refundable part of the special as a sense of urgency is created with this offer by noting its for the first 50 callers only not leaving much time to research the treatment or facility before committing. That should have been a red flag. The med-spa is located in a office park & isnt what I would consider high-end/luxury or spa-like compared to others I have been at. Then again, this isnt the type of spa one would visit for pampering & relaxing as its a treatment-focused clinic. Youll be asked to take a picture 2x, once for records & then another series of pics to document progress. Brenda was my specialist, she was very friendly & accommodating! There wasnt much of a consult as she referenced what I had written on the intake form in a dimly lit room. There was no real evaluation of my skin or skin care routine before I was offered her recommendation for micro-needling (4-6 sessions at $1000+) to address melasma/age spots. However, she wasnt pushy about it & I didnt feel like it was an aggressive sales pitch. Onto the treatments. Not exactly sure what micro-current muscle toning accomplished. It only lasted a few minutes & I didnt feel anything. Next came a sheet mask that was only left on for a few minutes. Lastly was the gentle lift via a wand that is heated & pressed into the skin briefly. It is hot & uncomfortable but right when you think youre crossing the threshold over into painful, its on to the next spot. Definitely tolerable. This treatment covered the neck & face area. Afterwards, a SPF is applied & youre sent on your way (with no markings). Its difficult to judge the efficacy of the treatment since its supposed to stimulate collagen production which doesnt happen immediately. My skin didnt feel any tighter, plumper, or smoother than when I arrived. Same for my husband who had the same treatment & similar experience. Ill update my results (& his), if any, in the coming weeks.

Very disappointed and out of 82.00. Nearly all of the 5. Star reviews are about eyebrows. Well they may be good at eyebrows, which I dont need. I went to the clinic for a specific treatment that was advertised on their website, but when I arrived the lady that saw me navigated away from the treatment that I wanted and consequently talked me into buying a 75.00 derma roller, that I saw online the next day for 25.00, to treat myself at home. If you decide to go to the clinic make sure that you dont get bamboozald like I did. I wasted my time and money. Not too bad when your FREE condultion ends up costing you 82.00 with tax. If they can get 1000 people per month to fall for that trick Im sure they are making 100s of thousands of dollars off the so called free consultations alone.

The Esthetician, Stacie, is very knowledgeable and passionate about skin care (especially for ethnic skin). She has been able to clear up my skin damage and PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) caused by visiting other spas and clinics.The Nouveau Clinic offers daily specials and services at special rates. My favorite service is the Vitamin Infusion that can accompany the MicroCurrent treatments. It leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated and firm and helps fight free radicals.I can not go without mentioning the products offered at and exclusively sold by the Nouveau Clinic. They are tried and true! I have enjoyed the Serious Face Polish which is a gentle exfoliator with a hint of glycolic acid that leaves my skin clean, smooth and brightened. I was a little worried about trying a new exfoliator, but Im glad I took the leap. It does not cause skin irritation and it really feels like my skin has been POLISHED. The eye cream has helped remove bags and undereye puffiness. A little goes a long way. It will be a while before I have to buy another one because of how much product is provided.Needless to say, I have enjoyed frequenting the Nouveau Clinic. The location is close to the Northpoint Mall and other shopping and dining. The access to the Nouveau Clinic is very simple. At 51, my brows have thined over the years and lost much of their definition. I went to Nouveau Clinic to have permanent tattooing done to bring back the definition I was missing. I saw Saechelle and Im so pleased with my results! Saechelle took the time to find out what the end look I wanted was as she adjusts her technique to create a specific look. She used several colors and very fine tattoo lines to create realistic an attractive brows. The end result is a marked improvement over penciling in brows myself – plus it saves me time getting ready! Thank you Nouveau Clinic and Sachelle!!!!

I am ecstatic with my eyebrows by Saechelle at the Nouveau Clinic! Honestly, I was nervous before my consultation. I highlight my hair blonde, and barely wear makeup, so I was apprehensive that It wouldnt fit my face. Well, all my fears ended when I met with Saechelle for my consultation and she introduced the process to me! She was so informative and patient- I asked a million questions! She put me at ease right away with her demeanor, and her knowledge. She was so gentle during the procedure....I almost dosed off! When the procedure was finished I was blown away with my brows! Now honestly I cant imagine what I did before having them. I recommended Saechelle to my mom too- and she is so grateful for doing so!
