The best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. Raul is a great coach and the other members are awesome.

CrossFit Verus is where I started doing CrossFit, soon after it opened. Like many, I had read about CrossFit and was nervous about starting such challenging workouts. From our first meeting, though, owner & Coach Raul Castillo made us feel like part of a community. He is methodical with his programming and strict about form. While the workouts are tough--the toughest--they are scaled to YOUR ability level. Coach Raul and our fellow Verus members/teammates are encouraging and inspiring.
