My year at AMLI North Point has been a pleasure! The complex is beautifully maintained and seems to always be getting better. Everything in my apartment was spotless and looked brand new when I moved in. The floor plans are spacious and well-designed, and the amenities are great. The location right off 400 is convenient. The few times I’ve put in a maintenance request for standard things, it has been resolved quickly and someone has called me personally to make sure everything was taken care of.The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure that each resident feels cared for and appreciated. Everyone on the staff, and particularly my leasing agent Lori, consistently does what they say they will do. They have truly made good on their promise to make AMLI North Point feel like home for each resident!
Posting this at 1am after being woken up yet again by my upstairs neighbors simply walking around and closing their bedroom doors. This is the most expensive apartment Ive ever lived in yet also the nosiest. All day and night I have to hear my neighbors ever step followed by the floor loudly creaking. I can tell when they roll around in bed because of the floor squeaking. The complex looks really nice but please, do yourself a favor and dont move in unless you are getting a top floor apartment.Edit: Yes, I have reached out multiple times. There is nothing which can be done about the issue, the building is simply poorly made. Looks nice, but 0 sound proofing. Sounds like an 1800s house.Do you like hearing the ear splitting fire alarm go off every 1-20 minutes from 10am until... at least 3pm since that is what time it is right now? Then this is the complex for you!
For the past two (2) years and five (5) months that Ive been living here @ AMLI North Point, has been an absolute joy. The staff, both the office and maintenance have always been responsive and respectful to me. One of my main reasons for choosing this place was its location and the beauty of the building and the grounds. The property is close to one of the entrances to the Big Creek Greenway, which I love and would walk as often as I can. The recently renovated Internet Cafe is second to none; we have a brand new automatic coffee maker, with three flavors to choose from and an abundance of flavors for the teas. The Club Room is huge and well decked out and is open to all residences who would like to have a private event once reserved. The neighbors are quite friendly and for a pet friendly property, it is well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family, as my time here has been wonderful. If you decide to give this property a try, you will not be disappointed. Take care and stay safe!
Really enjoyed my experience here. Super convenient location, very reasonable price. Super responsive staff, would do it again.
Great experience at Amli Northpoint! Amenities are great, neighbors are kind, and staff is helpful and attentive. I worked closely with Liz and she’s awesome! The gym has nice equipment, the pool is beautiful and well kept, and the cyber cafe is my go-to work-from-home spot.
AMLI is a great place to call home. Great staff, great maintenance crew, great amenities with wonderful units.Living here makes me feel safe and special.
Amli North Point has been a wonderful place to call home. The staff is attentive, personable and wonderful to interact with.
I moved into Amli Northpoint 6 months ago. I can honestly say it has been a pleasure living here. The maintenance staff is so efficient. They keep up with the outside appearances and cleanliness; as well as, responding quickly with any issues you might have inside your own apartment. The office staff goes over the top to be helpful. Lori, in the front office, literally walked me through my application process. All of them have assisted me in so many ways. They also are pet friendly which was important to me. This place is a 10 out of 10.
Your staff is exceptional at all levels and across the board. We love it here.
I love this community! Each interaction with staff has been very professional and warm. Staci is a ROCKSTAR! And Moses as well!
AMLI North Point is a well maintained apartment complex, clean and beautiful, the management is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to 400 and North Point shopping center.
If your looking for an apartment in Alpharetta, you don’t want to miss this one!!!Come meet the wonderful staff that will help you find the perfect apartment and guide you thru your entire move. The floor plans and extra outdoor living spaces make these apartments seem very spacious and set this complex apart from other communities. The grounds here are beautiful with established trees and greenery for extra privacy. Lots of pet friendly spaces and out door actives with easy access to the greenway trail. Walk/ bike to the movies, shopping and restaurants at this hidden gem location.I Love this apartment community!
It is great to be here at AMLI North Point . The apartments here are really beautiful. The apartments all have a veryquaint elegance with a classic feel topped off by a modern touch.Management and Maintenance are very friendly, cordial, and extremely helpful and supportive .The beautiful grounds and surroundings are very well maintained and the overall complex very clean and organized. I am very glad to be living here and I love my apartment. I truly recommend AMLI North Point as a place to live!!!😀
The entire leasing team was responsive and willing to go the extra mile in having the apartment I wanted available in time. Staci was especially helpful. Once I moved in, the response time to minor fixes was fast and the follow up very professional!
My husband and I were assisted by Lori Dollar who is an amazing Lease Manager. Since we stepped into the Lease Office Lori was welcoming and informative. She walked us through the leasing process, the Amli North building and also took the time to show us some apartments even though we didn’t have an appointment that day. After we happily decided to move in, Lori did several follow ups regarding our paperwork and check ups to see if we needed any assistance. Everybody in the building is pretty much friendly, I just would like to remark that Lori provided a A1 hospitality experience and we appreciate she was our Lease Manager.
Absolute best apartment I have ever resided in!! The staff goes above and beyond for their residents, they keep it clean, updated, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for maintenance, ETC. They even host events for us with catered food, & live music! Can’t get much better than that! Staci, Beth, Lisa, Lori & Liz are all amazing!!! Thank you Amli northpoint for making ohr experience here so amazing. Highly recommend.
A great place to live.
My new home 🏡😍Leasing staff 😁, but could be more clear and concise in communication.Amenities 👍🏾Maintenance ❤💪🏾Unit 😍Community 😊
From the tour to move in AMLI Northpoint has exceeded my expectations! The property is clean and well maintained. The apartments are spacious and uniquely designed. Staff is amazing!!David L
Amli NorthPoint has been good to our family. We love animals. They are important to our well-being as we have emotional support animals after my husband served in the military. We appreciate how animal friendly the property is.We appreciate the help with packages even during a pandemic and maintaining friendliness through it all.If we have an issue, the office is generally very fast to respond and help us find a solution. We enjoy our screened in balcony and the beautiful fountain out front. Please make a little dog park on-site, and we’ll love you more!
Lori my leasing agent was absolutely incredible!!! She was attentive and made sure everything went so smoothly! 10/10 experience and the place is amazing!
I’ve lived at AMLI Northpoint apartments for three years and cannot say enough good things about the community. Unlike other neighboring apartment complexes, AMLI Northpoint is a small, garden style building....Meaning that it is one single building connected by enclosed hallways. It also has the added feature of a gated parking deck so that you simply drive up to the floor you live on, park your car, and then walk into the secured hallway leading to your apartment. As a single female, this was a huge deciding factor for me. The building is always kept extremely clean and well-maintained. Any maintenance issues are responded to immediately. Because of it’s size, the office staff knows everyone that lives here by name. The grounds are beautiful! There are plenty of areas to walk and bicycle… Not to mention the Greenway is right outside our door. Northpoint Mall is down the street, as well as many other retail stores and restaurants. We are only about 10 minutes from downtown Roswell, and 10 minutes from downtown Alpharetta. Especially for the price, you will not find a better apartment community in our area.
I called Amli my dream place when I moved here 4 years ago. I needed peace, comfort, and privacy. This is exactly what I got! I only thought I would be here for one year, but I guess I was wrong. This is my fourth year, and I still feel the same—safe and happy! I love the staff, and I would like to say thank you to Lisa for all of your understanding with everyone in the community and working with so many people. You are wonderful! And to all my neighbors that I’ve met here, thank you too because understanding each other is a part of making a community a great place to live. Thank you from me and Bella 🐶
Moving to AMLI North Point has been nothing short of amazing. I have been met with kindness, professionalism and understanding from the very first time I reached out to Lori. She is truly exceptional! I am grateful to have worked with someone that is efficient and transparent, but she also goes the extra mile with an extremely courteous demeanor. I recently relocated from New Jersey and finding the perfect place to reside has had its challenges. After doing my research online, reading the reviews, going over amenities and driving the neighborhood I was convinced this was an area I wanted to stay in, but the staff in its entirety showed me this was a place I needed to call home. If you are considering moving here, trust me you will not regret it.
Moved to AMLI last week and this has been such an easy and smooth transition considering what’s happening in the world! I looked for a lot of places to call home and yet here just possess that “wow factor”. That staff have been a joy with so much great energy and that especially goes for Lori and Kwame! They truly made me feel at home through it all! Definitely looking to taking full advantage of all AMLI has to offer!!
The apartments are great, but expensive, the maintenance guys are always awesome and generally knowledgable, front desk staff were helpful, and answered questions I had throughout my 1yr tenancy, it does seem like a bit of a “nickel and dime” scenarios with various charges added on when moving in and moving out. But I guess you get that anywhere! Right on the greenway so if you’re an avid cyclist or runner, it’s great for access to this.
Exceptional community and friendly, helpful staff make for an exceptional living experience.
Beautiful spacious apartment with large closets and park like setting. Quiet friendly complex. Best part friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance responsiveness was quick and thorough. Enjoyed living there and would highly recommend it.
I’ve lived here since 2016 and this is the best place I’ve lived across the nation! The office staff and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful people. They feel like my family and they truly care about their residents. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Service requests are fulfilled within 24 or less. I’ve always felt safe here and I’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend AMLI North Point!
What a wonderful place to live!I just moved to Georgia and didnt know where to go. From the inception of my relationship with the staff at AMLI North Point, they have been wonderful and extremely friendly. As for the property, you really cant ask for much more in an apt. Garage parking, security system with gates at every entry, great pool, and high ceilings are just a few things that make this place great. They even have a room with a dog wash. Everything is modern and up-to-date and the grounds are pristine and clean. It really feels like home. The property is also perfectly located right off of the hwy and very close to restaurants, mall, etc. It is truly easy living. As for the staff, you cant ask for a better group of people. They address problems quickly and efficiently and are extremely friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area. Thanks AMLI team for being so great!
Beautiful property, and the management team was awesome. The assistance provided by Miss. Lori at this property was just EXCELLENT.
Nice on the outside but very NASTY on the inside. Smelly hallways, parking decks and the mailroom. Wish I can get all the money back from renting here-big mistake. You been warned
I am finishing up my first year here and just renewed my lease. This place is amazing! I have lived in a couple apartment complexes and this is my favorite thus far. The people working in the leasing office are amazing! The maintenance staff is great too! Maintenance requests get solved so fast. The pool/facilities are extremely nice. They do a great job of up keep too. Apartments are also super nice! I love it! Thanks for all your hard work!
Amli North Point is really a nice place to live, very classy and quiet. Very knowledgeable staff in Maintenance and the Leasing office.
How backwards is this company. They sent me an Approval had me sign up for Renters Insurance, Change my forwarding address, pay fees etc., this was after I sent an email to verify that my application had actually been approved, no one ever responded, so I proceeded, and did not hear from ANYONE at this establishment. Then when I called I was told there was nothing left to do besides come on March 6, and everything else would be resolved on that day. Ironically, one day before I move in they send me a denial. LMAOL. Who does this, now I have insurance on an apartment Im not even renting. Now I have mail forwarding to a state at an address I dont even live in. AGAIN LMAOL!!! What a backwards company. I gave 1 star because otherwise could not leave my experience.
The fire alarms initiate in the middle of the night at least once every 2months. The building hallways are not well maintained, and the mailbox smells more than the dumpster.
The property is nice but dont move here unless you dont mind being woken up by fire alarms or alarms going off throughout the day. Not only do they go off often, theyre the loudest alarms Ive ever heard. I cannot wait for my lease to end.
One of the best apartment complexes in Atlanta. Great views from the apartment and great service. The apartments feel very modern and spacious - lots of natural light. The club-room is fun and really useful if you host events.Only downside is that the floors are not thick enough and noise travels easily to the apartment downstairs - to the point that you will need to tread lightly
DO NOT LEASE AT THIS PLACE.. Please take this as your sign to not move to this property. Since I have moved into this property, ceilings have been cracking, mold is present and IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RID OF, walls are splitting, they DO NOT maintenance the apartments as they should and as we speak I have a non-working dishwasher and dryer. The office staff does not care about your concerns and the assistant manager EMILY LAYLAND will go so far as to lie on you. They lie about amenities to get you in here then treat your issues as cavalier. I even caught a maintenance man peeking into my apartment. And please dont get me started on the bugs, they are a nightmare and they do not have PEST CONTROL! Please, please, please look elsewhere! Any positive review is the management trying to pretend they arent doing a terrible job. I wish I could give these people a zero.
When I first moved to GA this community was a great stepping stone for me. I am a REALTOR with Berkshire Hathaway now and this was a great place to live before I was able to purchase my first home! Great location and hardworking staff.
This is a great place to live... The leasing office and maintenance staff do an exceptional job, and the grounds are very well maintained. It also seems like one of the safest apartments around. All entries require a fob to gain access, and they also have security cameras in some areas. One of the coolest unique features of this apartment is its proximity to the Big Creek Greenway. I can ride my bike to the greenway without ever getting onto a busy road. I also love that I’m only 5 minutes away from the AMC theater and North Point Mall.Edit: just transferred units here, so I wanted to share my experience with it. AMLI offers an optional move-out cleaning service for “surface cleaning”, so I figured I’d get the service to save some time and effort. Shortly after my move, the property manager, Lisa, called me to let me know that the carpets were in poor shape and needed to be replaced. Thankfully, Lisa and I came to agreeable terms, but the situation could have been avoided by deep cleaning the carpet myself prior to move-out inspection. I guess the service is still good to avoid charges for little things you could miss... Otherwise, the unit transfer went smoothly
The leasing staff is very helpful and the apartment complex is very nice - it’s like a resort!
Amli North Point has the nicest staff! They are extremely tenant focused and helpful. The floor plans and amenities are nice as well.
This is a building, not a community. The only times tenants talk to each other is when were waiting in the cold outside at night for false fire alarms to stop going off.The staff are pleasant, but dont bother learning their names, the turnover all but ensures theyll be gone by the time you build a rapport.Whatever you do, dont waive your move-out inspection or pay the pre-paid cleaning fee. They will replace your carpet without any attempt to clean. There are reasons half the building is empty.
The support staff here are awesome! Leasing office staff and repair/maintenance staff are super responsive, professional and friendly. I recommend AMLI North Point without hesitation!
I haved lived here for 2 years. Overall the apartment is nice. Staff is usually helpful. Biggest issue is the continuous fire alarm for the entire complex goes off about once a month if not twice and it usually goes off at 5-6 am or after midnight. Usually nothing is communicated from the staff as to why this happens or keeps happening. Once we asked and they just say its a water main issue, but I guess its not important enough to fix. So instead we get woken up by screaming alarms and our pets terrified without any reason why. If they ever fix this issue I would recommend this place more but the continuous issue has to stop. At this point residents dont even leave their apartment when it goes off because we think its the same issue every time.
Noisy.Lisa Putnam is probably the rudest person Ive ever met in my life and should not be the manager of anything.Jordan and Aspen in the office were exceptional. The entire maintenance staff was exceptional.but the manager ruin did the entire experience of living there by her condescending and nasty nasty attitude.be very aware that she does not like to put anything in writing because if she does, she will get caught.my apartment was left in better shape than when I moved in considering it wasnt cleaned nor the carpet replaced and yet they still took almost my entire deposit
Started good, I thought the residents were kidding about the post internal about break ins, fires being set, packages missing, fire alarms broken but they were not. The intruder who nearly slammed a car at 4 44 a.m. was a weeknite concern and why they said it occured at 7 45 is a serious issue that happened mid October 2018. Great neighbor watch program (false signage)..zero security and only some because a few of us would step up and assist. Non stop issues, false estoppel agreements and a porky little man who hid behind his fancy vibrant mustache and peaking out the window and parked in the Aloharetta cul de sac tickling his friend. Wake up fella, i am glad we only spoke once, and it was miserable (coward).
Was scouting out apartments with my husband and we went to this location. The lady who showed us around was extremely rude and obviously didnt want us living there. They seem to have a specific type of person that theyre looking for- affluent and trendy. Not moving here. Dont recommend it.
Despite the mixed reviews I found online, I decided that I would give AMLI North Point a chance. I called to inquire about the availability of their rooms. The conversation went as follows:AMLI Employee: Hello Me: Hi, I was wondering about the availability of a 1 Bed, 1 Bath Unit?AMLI Employee: NOPE! and then hangs up before a second momentIf this first 12 second interaction is any indication of the respect AMLI gives to its tenants, I want absolutely no part of it. While I understand that this particular employee may have responded that way for one reason or another, it is completely unacceptable for customer-facing employees to deliver such a poor first impression. Do better.
Walls extremely thin, you are likely to hear your neighbors. I’ve lived in apartments before, but this is the worst noise experience. Despite my complaints, there is very little they can do about thin walls. I will be moving prior to my lease expiration.
This complex is by far the nicest one I viewed when looking for an apartment. Gated parking deck, all the breezeways or gates, Beautiful apartments with granite countertops and hardwood floors. The office staff made my move-in completely stress-free.UPDATE:I have now lived at AMLI Northpoint for almost 2 years, and can’t say enough great things about the complex and the office staff. This is one of the cleanest, safest apartment complexes in our area. As a single female, the gated parking deck was a huge plus for me. The hallways are always kept clean, and it’s very quiet. I own a cleaning company, so I have been in a lot of other apartments in Alpharetta, and this is by far the best!
From reading thru these comments, it would seem that the manager, Lisa, is one of the main issues with this property. Maybe AMLI owners needs to look into this.
Great place to live...period. And Ive lived in many places.
Stayed at this place for exactly 5 years, and I never had any major issues except for the fact that the property manager Lisa is very rude, but I couldnt care less for such people. The best part about this place is the location. The staff was better in past, but now its primarily about fake smiles, just doing their jobs. Still this place is probably the worst place you can pick to live. People have had bad experiences, but I had my share when I moved out. They chagred nealy $1400 for the damages such as putting 2 stickers on the fridge (charged $575) scuffs on the cabinets (charged $375). I had no patience to deal with them because the new assistant manager was very rude and probably just doing her job - I strongly believe in karma and have zero tolerance for such people. This is a very good example of how mean people have become and everything these days is about money: nobody cares about others prespective. Stayed there for 5 years and never created any issues for them, and got this in return! This was the 5th time I was renting; I had similar damages in past but wasnt charged anything because it was considered normal wear and tear.Good luck to AMLI at north point for doing such an amazing job at trickery and pilfering people of their hard earned money. Anyway, the best part is that I never have to deal with them ever again.
Very rode and non professional property management Specially Lisa no manors what so ever .
AMLI North Point has a fair balance of positive and negative attributes. Below is a list of them that I experienced prior to moving out.Positive:- Great area. Your right on North Point parkway, and near plenty of great businesses. I’m 10 minutes (or less) away from a ton of great stores and restaurants.- Nice staff. Always responsive and attentive.- Indoor garage is super convenient and has tons of open parking.- Apartments itself are beautiful and modern. Everything inside, including flooring and appliances, are still fairly new.- The amenities included look stunning. The pool looks like a 5-star resort pool, the garden is well-kept, and everything else is just beautiful.- Police live here and park up front. Many days, police are also stationed (hidden) right outside the apartment.- Alpharetta address. If you have kids and you care where they go to school, living here will provide you access to great schools.- Residents are friendly and of all ages. Also lots of dogs :)Negative:- While the general location is great, the closest grocery store is Wal-Mart. This can be both good and bad.- High price. This was the main reason why I moved out. The premium price, in my opinion, did not match the experience I was personally having with the complex. I would rather experience a similar living situation elsewhere for cheaper, or spend the same amount of money at a complex with less issues.- Noisy neighbors. You can hear your neighbors across the hall if they end up blasting music, and you can feel vibrations on the floor if they let their kid ride a bike down the hallway.- Not secure. AMLI gives a great appearance of security. The police is a plus, and the area itself is generally safe. But the complex itself does not take the initiative to ensure safety of its residents, even if they say they do. I will not explain how (as I do not want this review putting others safety at risk).- Complex maintenance is subpar. This goes along with the “not secure” issue. The floors are often covered in dead dragonflies, and a wet floor sign can remain in the middle of the hallway for weeks (these are just some of the examples)- Noises outside. I have no idea what these noises are, but I would compare them to crickets/frogs constantly LOUDLY chirping for hours and hours. Every night.- Just one elevator. One very slow elevator. (not including the freight elevator)- Amenties are nice, but limited. For a bit more rent every month, I could move to Avalon and get A LOT more amenitiesOverall, if living here doesnt break your bank, and all you care about is location and look of the apartment, I would recommend this complex. Especially if you have kids or pets. However, dont expect a premium experience simply because of the higher price compared to other nearby complexes. I would consider moving back here if the price was lowered.
I see there are quite a few really good reviews. Im very surprised. While this is a Nice complex, thats about as far as it goes. It looks nice and even those looks are deceiving. I saw a reviewer - Jonathan - that talked about break ins and cars being damaged - That happened and it did take a while before the complex notified anyone. If you are not on the top floor, you hear every single thing that is going on above you. However, since a lot of these apartments are Corporate apartments, theres not always folks in the apartments. But when they are, yikes. Between stomping and smoking it can be a nightmare. Yes - SMOKING - This is supposed to be a Breath Easy community, we pay extra for that, but people smoke everywhere, again a lot of the apartments are corporate, so those folks simply dont care.People not caring is also probably why nothing works in any of the common areas. The Gym TVs are hit or miss everyday, mostly miss. The WiFi in the Gym works only on the 2nd floor, if its actually working, but has never worked on the 1st floor. Pool area has two grills, they also hardly ever work. There used to be a nice lawn area with a fire pit, but guess what, you cant use it - back to the Breath Easy community. Ridiculous. Why built it? Theres a nice common room to hold parties or what not and it is very nice LOOKING, that is all, as nothing in this room works either and of course no one in the office knows how to do anything when asked. That is a direct result of those Corporate apt folks letting that room be a baby sitter, kids run amok here all the time. This is also a very multi-cultural community, if you plan to have this place be your home, be sure you dont mind the people youll be living with. people that generally dont care about a lot or how what they do affect those around them.Youve been warned....... Good luck.
Great building and great office.
I currently live here. I love it. I renewed my lease and I am hoping to move to a larger place, but if I cannot, then I may have to go to a town home. It will take me probably a year as I love this place so much that it is going to be very, very hard for me to leave. When researching, the amenities, safety and convenience, and also location, just cannot be beat. I have looked at comparable apartment complexes. With North Point not only do I get covered parking, it is gated and then the inside doors are gated. Maintenance is awesome and always fast. I am going to really miss this place whenever I decide I have to move. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but, again, when you look at all the things you have included (oh and LEED certified means great prices on water and power), the price somewhat evens out. So, it will be this complex or a town house I have decided (no other complexes do I want to go to even if better price). Trust me, I have looked at all complexes nearby and even the one that is pretty much exactly like AMLI, is more expensive and you receive less, and gain more traffic. I love the staff here too, just wonderful down to earth people.Yes,noise can be an issue (mostly for people underneath) but it is a give and take, and the staff does its best to be fair (example, if you are walking etc and it is loud they are not going to give you issues about it. If you are having loud music and being unruly, yes, they will say something- that is fair in my opinion). Half the time, neighbors do not know that they are disturbing someone because of sound transfer. Some neighbors are nice about and some are not, but that is not a reflection on AMLI. No establishment is perfect but the one thing that is noticeable is that AMLI staff listens and tries. There have been several occasions simple suggestions were said to them at an event or meeting in casual open discussion with the residents, and the next day, the staff had made changes. What more can you ask for? They try their hardest to please their residents under the rules set before them by corporate. I think they do a great job.The other complexes with better prices, have hardwood on the bottom floors but not on the top floors, which I want non carpet and do not want to live on the bottom, so that does not work for me, personally. Our walls are fire walls not sound walls, this makes me feel better living in multi family place if something were to happen, also better on Renters insurance; they like it.I dont know, it will be a sad l leave for me as I enjoy probably 95% of the people here. My neighbors are awesome and treat me like a daughter, so it was worth moving to AMLI just to meet wonderful people. My pup loves it too and I hope to stay for quite awhile.I would recommend this place to everyone. Just tell the staff what you are looking for and what matters most to you and follow their lead. They knew I wanted a quieter place, certain price range (wanted a 1 bedroom), view, etc., and I have the best spot, hands down. If anything, I wish there were even more options in apartment choices at AMLI. I think they should build another building and then make a B500 with a sunroom and balcony; would be an awesome layout.
Being that I move a lot for my career, I feel I need to inform people of one of my worst experiences with a management company and property. First off I want to say if you are looking for a place to call home, Amli Northpoint should definitely not be your first choice! Look elsewhere! All of the staff will say one thing then pretend like it was never said even if it is in writing where they will explain they didnt mean it in the nature it was written. There is one person there that was helpful and tried to do what she could for us called Trisha but Lisa who is the manager, well one of the biggest liars I have ever come across. They never follow guidelines of notifying tenants on the notice to enter, ALSO they never notified tenants when a car was stolen, when several cars were hit in the parking garage, when car were broken into, or any other dangerous occurrences, but you better believe they will swear up and down that they did. 2 of these incidences personally happened to me.Onto the apartment, they have granite countertops, false wood floors, stainless appliances, however looks can be deceiving. You can hear every movement of your neighbors like hard walking, sneezing, talking, the television, etc. You definitely have to rent a top unit otherwise you will go crazy.Lease terms, to say the least they are the worst in the industry. According to Georgia law management companies are not allowed to charge a lease termination fee yet somehow this company charges a re-letting fee equal to more than a months rent and alters from person to person we found out. ( we found this out by speaking to several other tenants that were unhappy) Along with this, I have never heard of a company charging a 60 day notice PLUS 2 months rents. So a total of 4 months to break your lease! All in all if you are looking for a place that always has their tenants in mind and looking for a great place to live, this is one of your worst options! AMLI Residential has some very poor standards for employees along with poor corporate governance that believes in deceit and extortion.Ive lived all over the country, in almost every major city and have never in my life had this kind of experience.
Current resident cool spot to live
Great apartments with excellent corporate rentals available
Love this place!! ❤️
My family stayed here for 12 months when I first came to Georgia. I would highly recommend AMLI North Point for its convenient location and friendly staffs. One more good thing is that they do not charge you for any non-sense move-out-fee, which I had very bad experience with other apartment complexes, of course with the condition that you do not leave any big mess or destroy the apartment during your stay. Hope this piece of information is useful for those who is looking for renting an apartment.
