Brad and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Truest stellar, above and beyond experience with him. I felt he truly cared and actually personally invested in helping me find my new home. I am new to the area so I didn’t know who to contact for inspections, lenders and such. He has lots of experience with many providers but if You are in the market, I would highly recommend taking Brad’s suggested team (lender- Max Kallos and inspector Ray). I did my research for lenders and had several other offers but Brad’s suggestions were not only competitively priced but were MUCH more qualified and professional. Also, after I moved in I had an issue unrelated to his involvement but was struggling to find a contact to address the issue. He STILL, even after his job was complete, helped me track down the information I needed.Brad, I cannot day enough, Thank you!
My wife and I worked with Brad Weiner to negotiate the purchase of our home in Milton and were extremely pleased with how he handled the process from start to finish. He and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about the area and current similar inventory. We would hire him again without hesitation to either sell our current property or find a new one.One thing that stood out for us with Brad is his ability to coach us through the decision-making process and assist us in clearly weighing our options. Helping us make our best decision was clearly more important to him than closing a deal and earning a commission. Recommend Highly!!
Highly recommend Brad & team if you are looking for your dream home or selling you current home. He handle everything professionally & realied on his experience & knowledge. If you are looking for the best call Brad!
Michael (Mike) Stevens is the most dishonest realtor I have EVER worked with. When we first met Michael I thought he would be a good fit for us. However Michael has a really bad attitude and refused to help us when we requested information about a check that we had given him. He claimed he didnt know where it was. Thats totally inexcusable and unprofessional.
