TRC is a great staffing agency if you are looking for good paying jobs and a smooth experience getting started. My recruiter Candace was extremely helpful, professional, and truly passionate about helping me land a job. From the minute she gave me a call, until my first day getting started, she helped me 100% through the process and ensured I was taken care of with each step. Most recruiters try to get you off the phone quickly, but I felt candace truly cared about doing what was best for me and listening to my needs. This office is so incredibly unorganized. As someone who has worked warehouse jobs through staffing agencies for many years, I can honestly tell you the TRC Alpharetta location is a mess. The girl Candace is very nice, but is simply not a good recruiter, and you can tell she has no actual clue what she’s talking about when describing jobs, and is not doing things correctly. The office has zero structure and it shows.My cousin 100% had serious drugs in his system, and Candace still placed him on a job after he failed. Not a good look on the company at all. I didn’t even get drug tested by one of the other recruiters which was odd to me, but they told me to sign the drug test sheet as if I did take it, as if they thought they were doing me a favor assuming I would have failed idk.. if anything it was offensive… SKETCHY. This was about 3 weeks ago. This office needs to get it together. Worst experience I’ve had with a staffing agency.

This is the best staffing company that I have worked with here in Georgia. My recruiter Cole Ferrell does an outstanding job on making sure I get a job that fits me. Finding the right job opportunity is never easy but, I have to say working with Cole as my recruiter has been the best experience. From the initial contact, I could tell Cole genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for me. He is a solid guy who not only treats you and speaks to you with respect, but dignity. Even without immidaite answers, Cole always tried his best to accommodate and keep you in the loop. Its tough to find that kind of individual attentiveness. I had just moved into the Alpharetta area earlier this year, and was actually in search of a job for my little brother who just graduated high school. I called the TRC Alpharetta location to inquire about their openings for him, and Cole answered the phone. He was extremely helpful, and overall just a very pleasant person to deal with. He brought my little brother in for a interview the very next day, and after his background came back 2 days later, he was working full time. My little brother is now close to going permanent with the company Cole placed him at, and absolutely loves it there. He always checks in with us to see how things are going, which goes a long way.

My name is Lonnie Jones i reached out to Kory Kostecka in regards to getting a job. Kory and Cole reached out to me within a matter of hours with jobs that i could interview with. I was hired in just a few days with a job i really digged. but i was temp suspended bc of the Rona Virus.
