I was recently in contact with this HD. They did staff me after a working interview. The next morning on my way to work I was in an accident (not at fault) and the person totaled my car. My passenger and I, after dealing with my parents, the police, towing, and the emergency room did not end our day until 4pm. We gave the recruiter a call and sent an email as soon as we left the hospital.Now, I had an email from the recruiter that we were in contact with up until that point stating that we would discuss the next steps with her if we still wanted the position. I also had a voicemail from a recruiter that I’ve never talked to before then (Paul) that was quite unsympathetic. “.. bailed on us.” As if I didn’t call and email to notify them of the situation. “ don’t want to crawl and beg.” As if I didn’t reach out to them first. Two totally different things said by the recruiters that contacted me. I called and reached Paul, the rude one, and he spoke over me the entire time and was EXTREMELY unsympathetic.Now, I’m not sure if any of you have been in or remember your first accident.. but it is extremely horrible and scary. So, to be talked to with such disregard.. that’s unappealing. I would have had no issue with being told that they could no longer staff me at that location. That would have been fine! I would have understood that. BUT BE POLITE. Treat people how you want to be treated.

Liz Burleson is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She always goes far and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I reach out to her shes always responsive. Shes very Professional. What stands out the most in her is her personality. Shes very friendly, and outgoing shes very personable I love that in her, and Im glad I had the pleasure of meeting her. One word to describe Liz is shes PHENOMENAL!!!

The managers act like they are so for you during the hiring process but once they are managing you, they don’t reply, are not thorough with their responses when they do reply, & all around just a fake energy !! I went to the interview and shortly after I was offered the position. So I went into the office to take the drug screen and receive my working shirt. After NATALIA MARTINEZ told me that I passed, she said she would call me for a start date. That was on a Monday. As of Wednesday that week, she still didn’t have a date but told me that she would have one by Friday. A whole week passed and I’m still not working. A week later, she calls me to say that I have to fill out MORE paperwork and then I’ll get a start date. After finishing and returning the paperwork they still didn’t have any answers for me. Luckily I found employment shortly afterwards with another company. She acted very unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t care, which she probably didn’t care
