Dan Kemp is the most reliable recruiter I have ever worked with. I recently accepted an offer and although Dan was not the recruiter that gave me that opportunity, I wanted to let any tech professional considering working with him that he is unlike most recruiters as he calls you back after presenting one opportunity. Most recruiter treat you as persona non grata after the first opportunity, not Dan! He was consistent and persistent. He presented and submitted me for more than 10 opportunities in a 4-month period. Ive encountered 3 staffing agencies and she is #1 in making sure you understand the interview process, providing information to be prepared for the interview and making sure your spirit is revved up prior to an interview. Very dissapointed. Contracted in Jan 2018. Recruiter was very hands on and set up interview. Learned... the wrong way...that I didnt get the job. No response from recruiter and she totally went ghost the day after the interview. My expectation...notify me of my candidate status and provide feedback for future interviews. Nope...nothing..no response to phone calls or emails. Beware...I definitely wont pursue a job, in the next year, with the interviewing company because Applied Resources would get a bonus. Think twice.
