I received a call a while ago from Jake Frick to come in to discuss employment. When I went in everything went well and I was told I’ll receive a call if my resume matched any jobs they posted. Months went by and I never received a call back. I started looking on their site myself and I saw jobs with descriptions that matched exactly what I was currently doing at the time. When I called Jake in regards to the job I was told he’ll call me if anything he find matches my resume. I pointed out all of the duties I performed on my current job that was identical as the job they posted and I was told he’ll call me if anything become available. I was so upset I just told him to remove me from the company overall. This was one of the worse experiences I ever came across, never again. I hope they hired more recruiters that are willing to give fair chances. I would not recommend this company.

I met with Jake Fricks, one of the recruiters, when I was job hunting. He was friendly, fairly open and actually the ONLY recruiter to give me tips on beefing up my resume and what I should and shouldnt say during a job interview. I truly believe his advice helped me land my job even if it wasnt through 6 Degrees. If Im back in the market looking for another job, I will definitely be reaching back to Jake Fricks and 6 Degrees Group.

Company is terrible, they don’t even consider looking at your skills to see if you qualify for a position.

Not very happy with the service. Clearly commission was a priority over their candidates.
