Awful customer service. I registered for a conference over 3 months in advance then found out that my son will be having surgery on one of the days. 3 months in advance ... they should issue a refund. Their refund policy states they keep $100 of the fee. My conference fee was $99 so that means I get no refund! There is no customer service to call.. they direct you to their website. When I emailed someone at Imedex, it took a long time to reply and they just sent me the link to their refund policy... which I already knew. I asked for my request to be escalated to senior management and they approved a refund... though never received it.I will advise my colleagues to avoid CME opportunities offered by Imedex
