I hardly leave a review, but as a small business owner I feel like it is my right to let others know what you are getting into - especially when you are desperate to grow. They have good content and what they teach is great. HOWEVER, that money back guarantee does not exist - they will NOT give you your money back. Just expect to be up sold and up sold all the time. For the amount of money I have spent - completely not worth it. I would not recommend this consulting group unless it was maybe $1000 / month (with the consultants coming to your office once a quarter) but the same amount of content I received for $3500 / month. There really isnt coaching, but a lot of content you are fed, but they also know what you need, but you cant get it unless you spend another 10K-12K for that workshop that can help - again, up-sale - thats what they are good at. Like, I said, everyone there is very nice and Jay is motivational, but completely not worth the cost they are charging. I was enrolled in the platinum group.

Check out their REAL reviews on Yelp. I honestly cant believe my office spent the amount of money they did on these consultants. What they teach could literally be a 2-5 page manual, yet they add hours and hours of fluff to try and make it seem like youre getting your moneys worth. I am so disgusted by this business. Please, dont waste your money here. There are much better consultants out there.

This week I had a great opportunity of participating in a Scheduling Institute event. It was more like a workshop, helping offices to put on paper their goals and how to reach their goals, to answer their WHY? and then HOW. I was so encouraged to be in the top 20%, an Above the Line employee. It was like oxygen to my career. The principles impact personally as much as professionally. As I looked around, the offices that had results were the offices that are fully engaged. They were happy and having fun. The offices were working together and brain storming and getting the goals, vision, and steps on paper in a format that gave accountability. The systems of training from the Scheduling Institute makes it very easy to serve this volume of new patients and at the same time keep the practice a comprehensive practice. Specifically the Next Level Workshop is a group designed to gain the knowledge needed for group practices to increase the value of their practice stock. The strategy is to increase revenue, while decreasing expenses and paying off debt. This is accomplished by recruiting and developing, mentoring associates so they can thrive. Getting good at this will lead to expanding and/or multiple facilities. Key to success is having the practice appraised and then tracking the profitability. Lastly the peer group we are in are doctors who have successfully brought in associates, have expanded, and have or are planning on a multiple locations. So the discussions are common to the challenges of group practices with associates and multiple practice models.

I worked for my employee for many years and the change I saw was horrible . she used to care about her staff and treated them very well. this company made her a very different person and she only cared about how much money she was making for the day .month and year. and cared less for her staff and her patients. this company is a cult!!!!! you will never have the same trainer because this company cant keep people there...one star is too much

Theres been many ups and down, but the ups FAR outweigh the downs. I only gave one star because you had to give at least one to leave a review.SI is THE most underhanded, sneaky, backstabbing, and unethical company I have ever dealt with in my career. Our office received MANY, MANY, MANY mystery calls about a year ago and them, and then started to receive CDs for the Doctor with our calls recorded (illegally I may add) telling him how we all FAILED the calls and are costing him serious money. We continued to receive these tattle tale recordings multiple times from these snake oil sellers. We continually get poor ratings from this fraudulent company however, our patients cant stop praising our staff for friendliness and professionalism both on the phone and in person.Anyway, our Doctor decided to sign up for some preview, then ended up going on a trip and signed up for Platinum level nonsense. Their training sessions cover the most basic things, yet are full of contradictions. Anyone who questions anything is called out for not being a team player and buying into the program. The trainers make you give them information in confidence, because we are in a safe space then they just pass it along to the Doctor. It caused a HUGE amount of drama in our office and we lost 2/3 of our team over the course of about 6 months due to the terrible environment it caused in our office. Finally someone talked some sense into the Doctor and we quit the program, but then these sleaze balls started an online smear campaign against us.If you are a dentist NEVER EVER EVER sign up with these frauds. They are terrible and youll be throwing tens of thousands of dollars a month out the window.

SI pretty consistently over-delivers... particularly at events like the recent Culture Fest!

Once again, SI hosted a great training! Thank you for offering the Ritz Carlton Customer Service training! The speaker was great...cant wait to stay there & implement some of their useful tips & ideas!

I have been a member at different levels for around 5 years. Since I stepped up my membership level in 2012 my practice has more than doubled from 800 a year to 1.8. They have definitely played a large role in my growth and they have completely changed the culture of my office. These systems work if you follow them.

I have worked for this company for over 4 years now and each year I have grown so much professionally and personally. What I love most though about my job is being able to have such an impact on so many peoples lives.

While the company does provide some quality training both in office, externally and through phone conferences, they fail to live up to their own standards. For a place called The Scheduling Institute their own scheduling abilities are sub-par. From scheduling certification calls to scheduling our staff up for seminar there is almost always an error. Usually they solve it before it becomes a disaster but its pretty embarrassing to be a company that prides themselves on teaching skills they themselves lack.

The Scheduling Institute team is so friendly and their strategies are extremely efficient! They are unlike any other consulting/training company out there. Two thumbs up, will recommend

Cathy and the entire Platinum team have been very helpful, encouraging, and at times pushed me to grow. I will soon be able to cut my time by a day and take care of my first grandchild. That would not have happened if I had not followed the principles I have learned from them.

I have been working with The Scheduling Institute for a few months and so far I have learned a lot. What I love about the company as a whole is that there is a purpose to come to work and we enforce this every day. We are here to potentially change peoples lives. 2 words. STAY AWAY. Jay Geier is beyond narcissistic to think their one trick pony approach and cookie cutter scripts are worth the thousands of dollars that this joke of a consulting group charges. If you want high turnover, demoralized staff and patients that feel that theyve been sold a bill of goods-- THIS IS THE CONSULTING GROUP FOR YOU.

Most results generating coach ever! The team always moves us forward in spite of the multiple difficult challenges that we inadvertently create. They are dedicated to us getting the results we want. Progress!

The coaching workshops truly teach me what I need to know. Its up to me to implement what Ive learned, but scheduling institute certainly does their part with educating me on the proven business processes.

We have been with SI for about a year and seen results that I didnt think was possible. But at the same time, really raised the bar with our patients experience. So win/win!
