Thread is a company that cares about its clients and its team. When the pandemic broke out, Thread’s quick action and tireless research helped so many companies gain access to PPP funding to keep them afloat. Additionally, Thread has given so many free resources to anybody who needed them regardless of whether or not they were a client. They put their community first and their hard work has not gone unnoticed. I’m thankful to be connected to a company that does such great work so selflessly.

We switched over to Thread from ADP back in September 2019, and it was the best decision that we have made. They are much cheaper and offer excellent customer service. I love how theres always a rep to talk to when I call and they are always very helpful with anything that we need. They were exceptionally helpful during the COVID 19 Pandemic and assisted with any payroll, unemployment, PPP loan questions that we had. Were so thankful for them.

I love their webinars. Their knowledge on the material they cover is phenomenal especially on the PPP process that seems to change daily. They explain the material where it is clear and understandable. Keep up the great work!!

We didn’t use a payroll company prior and we tried out thread. I love it. One last thing to worry about as a business owner. It is also a lot more affordable than I thought it would be. Highly recommend this company.

I love the Thread Town hall webinars on PPP, Ive seen lots of articles out there, but these webinars get right to the point and answer questions thoughtfully. I am a long time client of their payroll services and havent once thought of going elsewhere. Especially glad to have their guidance through all this!

Last year I stepped into a position which entailed duties with which I had little to no familiarity.
