BUYER BEWARE I bought a 2013 Lexus hybrid and hit 107,000 miles when the hybrid battery went bad.When purchasing used sales people told me these batteries should go to 300,000 miles no problem and are warranted to 100,000 miles.$5500 to replace at Lexis I called Lexus for assistance spoke to Cyndi WakitaCase Manager was turned away after almost a week of waiting on pins and needles with no help whatsoever.

If it was an option I would give a zero rating. I bought a brand new LS500 F Sport. After 5 visits to the dealer, and a brand new panoramic roof, the problem was not fixed. The case manager at Toyota Corporate escalated my case to a Dispute Resolution Analyst in your office. I received a UPS letter on May 9th informing me Lexus is aware of my problem. After 17, yes you heard right, 17 calls, and nearly 15 emails over the course of 5 MONTHS, they finally bought my car back under lemon law. And to make matters worse, I had to take a cashiers check upon surrendering the vehicle, and they LOST THAT CHECK! So I had to cancel the check and send in a new one. On 3 separate occasions when I called this office, a young lady answered the phone, and simply Saud hello. Im pretty sure thats not how shes supposed to great customers. And only when I called corporate to complain about my case and how long it was taking, did the analyst actually call me back, quickly being defensive, stating she was out sick, hard to believe for 3 weeks, and shes only human, and has to handle buybacks for 64 dealerships. You guys are a joke. A poor representation of the Lexus brand.none of the folks I dealt with at the office are even fit to sell lemonade at a stand. I have owned 11 Toyot a vehicles so far, 4 being Lexus, and have never had an experience this poor. Peggy Turner, if you ever read this, as a top figure at Lexus, I suggest you take a close look at this office and really evaluate who should stay and who should go, bc none of the folks I dealt with are representing your brand well. They are an embarrassment.

Lexus does not care for its customers. Lexus does not make quality products like they use too. The customer service is awful. I have in writing that they lied to me and when I spoke with a supervisor over the issue she did not care they lied to me, didn’t care my car was falling apart, didn’t care about anything. They are beyond rude. I have had 3 Lexus RX vehicles and will never be a customer again. They treat their customers and returning customers horribly.
